  1. Ok i cant win here my bikes been through 3 stators a flywheel and 2 cdi boxes, now my brand new dyna cdi went badwtf already... Anyone ever deal with them as far as warrenty goes?? The cdi is only like 3 months old

Not sure if u guys caught my posta while back or not but i recently raced a 440ex on NOS He beat me through the gears til very top end id catch him and pass him, his 440ex had everything exept a stroker crank, my banshee has pipes reeds the basics, he said it runs close to 90 or a bit higher at the track. He was using the nitrous when we were racin he can probably pull close to 95 with it becuase i can tell you it was bouncin off the rev limiter and migth have wanted a little more...
  3. This has been an ongoing problem thats finally gotton to me the right side always fouls out and is black left is always perfect tan wtf can this be just took the carbs apart nothin looks out place...
  4. My banshee did this when it needed a top end.... Does it only start with the choke on to hot or cold?
  5. Wtf they do 109 stock so he picked up 1 mph sounds about right especaily with the boost bottle and low taper bars for less wind resistance

  7. Shes been my baby for 2 years now and she needs a good home.. Its got fmf sst pipes and silencers, noss machine coolhead and comes with 20 and 22cc domes bike will also come with a stock head, Port work done by rocketboy from this site so bike has a nice hard hit up top but still tons of trail power, dyna f/s programable cdi brand new paid 300 for it, carbs of an 06 banshee with tors removed barnd new caps and throttle cable, magura hydrolic clutch, v force 2 reeds with spacers, boost bottle and .20 over cylinders of an 05 with relitivly new top end, new flywheel and moose racing stator, Bike also has works shocks on front and a durablue axle in the rear, brand new chain and front sprocket and also brand new ebc clutch i did the plates fibers and springs with fresh transmisoin oil Has all steel braided brake lines and a nice powdercoated frame . Also comes with full non race cut yellow front fenders and another set of new tires and rims becuase she likes to burn rubber. Its plated and i have the title in my name and redy to sign over. Heres a pic of the switch to adjust the 4 curves from the cdi Thanx for lookin asking 3500 price is neg im bout 21/2 hours north of philly

Nitrous and youll take him, for 1\8th mile i look into some vforce 2s maybe some better pipes, bigger carbs, cool head for a little jump off the start, and if u really want to run go into the motor and open up the ports to let it breath, a nice mod io put on my bike for racing is the dyna fs ingnition its got a nice timing curve for drag racing

My banshee wasnt runnin the best horrible sputter on the right cylinder in the upper rpms and 6th gear wasnt runnin to hot, anyways my banshees got vf2s, .20 over, k&n intake with lid off stock carbs with vitos needles and 330 mains,fmf ssts, and thats bout it shes pretty much stock but im gonnastart buildin her very soon.

Well i decided to give the old ratpor a break so i took the banshee to where else the local place where all the guys drag race, i saw a 440ex smokin some 450s couldnt belive my eyes a 400ex runnin the show, so i stepped in and got a few runs in with him 1st race he jusmped me off the start but i gained on him a bit through the gears then we both hit top gear and i passed him just on last streath of the race, 2nd race he got me start to finish got me buy 1 1\2 lenght on the end, so after all was said and done i took a look at the quad, its a 440 with stage 2 cams springs full exaughts no air box giant k&n huge carb and a nice shot of NOS he siad he runs like 89 in the 1\4 mile i didnt feel so bad when i found out he was hittin the NOS when we were racin but dam props the guy and his ex well built machine....
  11. Right now thats what i think happnd but origonlay i didnt becuase how destroyed the statoer plate was... Got pretty crazy in there so if anyones sellin a flywheel and stator lemme no!!

Took the shee apart becuase i thought the crank was fd up, turnes out the stator is like stuck to the flywheel it actualy ripped the bolts out of the stator plate, looms like all the magnet thkings on the stator are fried to the fly wheel.... Wtf could of happnd? could it be runnin the moose stator with the dyn a cdi or what anyone ever hear of anything crazy like this???? Im gettin pics up

Ok a few weeks ago i had the shee out for a ride i heard a wierd rattle when i let off the gas comin from the motor so i turned around and took it home it shut off right on my road so i pushed it in the gradge came out thye next day and its siezed!! So i give it a few kicks and its unceased few more its siezed back up and so on, figured a rod bearing went not the case pistons are fine, crank looks to be in check but it turns funny its got resistence to it i cvant figure out whzats wwierd in there everytrhing looks fine and ideas?

Ok heres the deal my raptor headpipe likses to turn cherry red, when im gunnin on it it will turn red all the way back where the header meets the silencer its a yoshi full system so i no the headpipe is thinner but still this aint normal to run that hot, jetting looks good by spark plus, could it be in need of a valve adjustment? Or im thinkin the clutch might be slippin just enough for the extera heat? Jw if anyone got any ideas?
  16. My alighnment seems to be all out wack you gotta acutaly turn the bars to go str8 tho the i have lined the tie rods up to where it seems str8 is somthin bent in the steering stem or do i just gotta line it up better

Ok my motor seems to have locked up, heres the wierd thing plugs look fine brown like they always are, didnt run wierd when it happnd just shut off like it was outa gas so i checked the tank and it was pretyty much empty so i towed it home and didnt ride it for a day or 2 and just filled it with gas today went to kick it over and it wont kick any ideas?

Well its been a while since i did my bearings so im replacin em, got it all apart but heres my question got the bearings inside the carrier but where do the axleseals sit? theres no room for em in the carrier beucase the bearings sit tight in there do they stay outside along the sproket and brake hubs or do they sit inside the carrier?
  19. Chain seems tight but when i crack on the shee in 1st 2nd or 3rd gear i can hear and feel it skip or somthin anyone else have this problem
  20. YOOO chill fellas i love my rappy its no banshee on the strip but they got some freakin torque. raptorforum.com is pretty helpfull i just got a yoshi full system on mine shes quick off the line loses to my banshee by 3 miles i beat a honda 450 with it tho but that was a honda
