  1. gotta run an outboard countershaft bearing so the shaft wont wobble under load, or so i hear........i bet that thing is fucking hard to get in the frame too.
  2. never used it. but it kinda seems like a money laundering type operation, but for cars just going by your description. if thats the case the locals may be very happy with you.
  3. 13 hours aint shit. ive worked 15 before at a restaurant and more at the dealership I worked for. BTW i made less than 8/ hr in both instances. if you are just looking to see how much trouble you could get your boss in id say, check out some child labor law websites. i mean we like some variety in our general discussion forum, but shit. besides, what if they correct person see this and ratws him out. i know its happened before on other borads ive been to, so why not now. its best not to bring up illegal subjects like this.

check out the suspension forum. everyone and thier three balled cousin does them. most of them they turn out very well.
  9. i dont know what gaskacinch is, but i think its close to Y-bond4. its for the mating the cases back together. seals have already been said. maybemod the shift star while youve got it this far down? youve got all the parts, just take yur time.
  10. so youre adjustment in the intake valve is off? thats a common thing really. and are you positive that TDC is achieved? just counting cycles wont do. you need to look into the manual for an exact methoed to tell you. i know on a warrior their is a drain type plug on the case that when removed shows a hole. and in this hole you will see an arrow denoting TDC. the arrow is stamped into the flywheel. look for something like that. or use a long pick and go through the spark plug hole. stick the pick in and let it ride up/down on the piston crown until you find TDC. thas an easy certain method.
  11. satelites that will read your news paper for you.........when its cloudy.
  12. no...........rocketpig works for trinity......................fuckin retard
  13. what happened to the 10 mil?
  14. ive never handled one. but i think your bike would look pretty good with a polished one. black would loo good too though, so just buy it and flip a coin.
  15. safety wire is the perfect solution for that application. but personally id use nylocks. but be careful, a nylock is only good for about 3-5 uses. after that the nylon locking matrerial is pretty well shot and its basically is just a jam nut. come to think of it, jam nuts would work pretty well also.
  16. out of curiosity Milo: did you apply any heat to remove those rubber bushings? it seems like that may help some. but an extreme amount (ie blowtorc)h would be suicide for the case it seems.
  17. thats been up for a while now. check out the groom lake area. youll find some neat looking structures out there in the dezert.

  20. that thing is frickin sweet for 30 bucks!
  21. no thats not it at all. its like he stated: You will find that these arms were deigned for Heims from the start and use a larger size than would be necessary with a ball joint. its not that they inferior. its that they are being loaded in a fashion that isnt there strongest point. so to compensate a bigger size is used.
  22. MonkeyBoy is correct. Heims are meant to be pulled radially. However the way they are setup on a-arms the loads are placed axially. This means that you must look at the radial load capacity and figure that you will see a 85%-90% (depending on the quality of the piece) decrease in the axial capacity. BTW: That info was taken from The Chassis SHop catalog and is for Aurora brand rod ends.
  23. on that site, TBD knows his shit. the ones with "racer" in their name..........
  24. MoF: so do these motors have basicly the same crank with a longer stroke? or how is this done?
  25. go to strip clubs, call escorts, the same shit you do in owasso..............
