is there a way to measure a pilot? i need to know the size of my pilot jets and it doesnt have any numbers on it. is there a way to measure it some how, or bring it to a dealer and can they check them? i need one size down from the one i got but just dont know what it is.

yeah, put a jack under the engine so it wont drop when taking the last bolt out. the just lift it out the way the clymers says to. the engine was a lot lighter than i had thought, just pucked it up and walked it to the bench with out a problem.

how much of the hardnose will one need for a swing arm? and how fast does that stuff dry?

i have another con. if you give it to someone who doesnt know what there doing they could shave too much and it could grenade in the casing and be costly.

i need those gromets for my seat, my seat is all over the place. anyone have any extras?

if nothing is leaking it shouldnt take more than 5 minutes. pump the front brake lever 5-10 times then hold, crack the bleader valve, pull the break all the way in, tighten the bleader valve after the air/oil mix has come out, dont let up the on break lever untill the valve in closed at all times. dont try to put your finger over the valve and do it the fast way. the break lines are so small it dont take but a few pumps on both sides. make sure there is plenty on fluid in the res or you will be pumping air into your lines wich is what your trying to remove.

i found that pretty funny. i have experienced the boat launch ramps and there fees. they charge $15 to launch and $5 to park. dumping the boat in aint to bad. but taking it out man.. your trailer is so crooked you try to pull your boat out the thing looks like its gonna tip over. not bad for sea-doos but for 24'ers its a little skeptical . these public boat launches get mad heads droping the boats in and they can't even get a decent ramp.

tip the bike upside down so your hammering down on it. then get a punch of some sort. get the heavest hammer you can find. make one if you have to. and then have you "buddy" hold the punch while you hammer it. kinda like on denis the menis when they were building the tree house. and hope you dont hit is hand

do it your self. lol i did mine. there is no need to ballance it like they do with wheeles on cars. if your true from the iner diameter you wont really be that uneven. i remember putting mine up on the leathe, did it all to the spec, shaved both the small circle and big one as far as i dared to go, and took .035 off the face too. took the thing off the leathe, i could have sworn it felt 3 pounds lighter. LOL its kinda like them mazda comercials (Zoom Zoom)
