  1. Hey, i need some help! My check engine light in my car went on the other day, normally this would not be a big deal but i am going for an inspection monday and it will fail automatically with the light on! I hooked it up to a scanner and it read "1404 Auxiliary Emissions controls", there were actually 2 of these. I cleared the code so the light is off but im sure it will come back soon enough. Anyone know what this "1404" points to? it must be some sort of sensor but which one? Any help is appreciated!
  2. I would get some T5's for that, they have good topend and still maintain a strong bottom and midrange.
  3. gotta go to a BBQ saturday night
  4. thats a real nice bike, i sold my KX 125 a couple months ago, really fun and reliable bike. Im waiting to find a good deal on a newer 250 or a 89-01 cr 500. Its good that you went with a 125 first, i went from a cr 80 to a RM 250 and i felt really over my head at first! i was used to my banshee but its totally diffrent controlling a bike. Then i got the 125 and learned to use the power i had, now i want something more!
  5. i would say the raptor 512.3 for sure
  6. 07 yamaha lineup: the raptor 80, raptor 200, raptor 350, raptor 400, raptor 450, raptor 512.3, and the raptor 700 actually- for anyone who cares the 07 lineup will be posted up tonight at 9 PM pacific time which makes it 12 AM here in NJ. im intrested to see whats new :baseball_wassat:
  7. Dont use motul 800 syntec for your first ride, synthetic oil will not allow your rings to set properly because it lubricates to well! The best oil to run for the first tank of gas is honda GN2, thats what i was told from my engine builder and i have always used it. Mixing at 16:1 is not needed at all, just do 32:1 on the GN2 and whatever you like to use on the motul, i mix my castor 927 at 40:1.
  8. when i buy my front end ill probally buy this http://www.goldenwestcycle.com/productinfo...4&deptcode1=550 Ill go the extra $250 for the piggyback rezzies though, might as well get the beter product ig you already putting out that much cash (plus they look alot cooler!!) $1350 isnt bad for elkas with rezzies and laeger arms, all very good quality stuff
  9. to have a 370 on stock cylinders you need to get them bored .080 over. This would possibly be the dumbest mod you can ever make becasue you will see very very little diffrence between a stock bore and a 370 if you just get it bored out. Only get your cylinders bored when you need to rebuild, thats the whole point of it. If you really want it done just ask them bore your cylinders .080 over. BTW, .080 over is the biggest you can bore your cylinders to, if you ever have to rebuild it you will need to have it resleaved which is very $$$$$ compared to a regular bore job
  10. I found this cool program called the "rasterbater", which is a pretty funny name. What it does is you give it an image and it will enlarge it for you, it chops each section of the picture into sheets of paper so you can print it and make a big poster. If you get as bored as me this can be pretty fun to mess around with. So far i made 2 things, im gonna make a big banshee one next or something along those lines for my garage you can download it here http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/ and here are some pics of my 2 rasterbations this one took 4 sheets but in reality it used 2 whole sheets and only like 1/4 of the other 2 sheets. ahaha, i had that frame laying around so i through it in there then this one used 9 whole sheets, its pretty damn big. I didnt want the 2 to look the same so i spaced it out
  11. Sigs like that should be 500x150 pixles, its nice and small but also looks good at that size. I dont see why you need to be asked politely since people had a big problem with the size of your sigs in the past. This one was no diffrent!
  12. are you SURE the piston is all the way in? This is the hardest part of doing brakes, sometimes the piston gets stuck and you really have to force it in. If it actually is all the way in maybe you have to wrong pads, there is really no way it shouldnt fit unless your making a stupid little mistake :baseball_wassat:
  13. im gonna bid to $300 on it the last day of the auction and see what happens. That is 2 hours away so hopefully he can meet me somewhere. I wonder how hard it would be to fit a banshee engine in there, if i win im damn sure gonna try!!
  14. ahaha, thats exactly what i was thinking. Luckily you can sell anything on ebay!!
  15. couple days left :baseball_bat:
  16. thats horrible, i hope that he gets well very soon. Hes definally a real good guy.
  17. It can do anything your blaster can plus so much more
  18. theres no tors on that bike, it has 28mm PWKs Selling that kind of bike sucks, you will never get what you put into it. I bet you can get a better ammount parting it out than you could selling it whole
  19. my banshee had the eyes/jaws setup when i bought it. I left it on there for like a week then took it off and put the stock one he gave me on there. I didnt really like the look of it at all, plus it was so hard to grip when you had to pick the bike put becasue all the teeth are sharp!! Heres a picture of my banshee with the jaws/eyes on it when i posted them of ebay, i got $60 for it!!! This picture is so old!
  20. The host guy of the show always make me laugh whenever i hear him talk. Im not sure why, i think its just that he looks like he takes it so seriously.
  21. Heres a little trick you can use if you want to leave a negative feedback, just wait untill the end of the timeframe you can leave feedback (i think 40 days) and right before that day is over leave a negative and they wont be able to send you one back.
  22. I had these FMF's sitting around for a while, they are ugly as hell as you can see, but no dents. Read description for more info http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Bans...1QQcmdZViewItem
