NADS RACING -- we decided to give our track a name and this is what we came up with (N.A.D.S -- Noxie Atv Drag Strip) Noxie is the little non-existent town/area where its at. We put together some start lights so no old school starts just old school fininshes (but hey if you win by enough who needs a win light right?) We are going to try and set up a camera at the finish so if there any dispute we can review the finish. Sounds like were going to have a really good turnout. Calvin said he was going to try and go to loisiana after all but his rider is still coming on one of there bikes.

My cubs made 78hp with only 160lbs and like 5* of timing and stock carbs. Regardless of skeptics after bumping up the timing adding some timing and giving the fuel starved little 350 some bigger carbs I gaurantee there making between 85 and 95 and they have alot left in them tuning wise and yes they are a 65mm bore and 54mm stroke and ill prove it to anyone who wants me to. As far as porting goes Calvin did my clean up work and I ask him point blank what can i do to make these better and he said and i quote "if i could figure out a way to make the ports any better i would have cast them that way", now on that note im not by any means saying that there arent some hidden power in the cubs but I seriously doubt that any porter is going to pick up more that 5-10 hp max from porting the cubs. I always here people say on here with a mild port job on the cubs the can be trail friendly or can have more low end, bottom line the cubs were set up to make maximum horse power and thats what they do best. As far as dyno number go i dont rely on them at all the only thing i use a dyno for is tuning but I can tell you this that i have raced many bikes that were anywhere from 58-75hp bikes dynoed on the exact same dyno as mine and by the same person and ... well do i even need to say it. In the words of 23champ "the cubs are no joke" --Andy

I got the track ready this weekend and it turned out really good. Its really smooth and wide. We are still going to have to take a haira (sp) to it to break it up so its not packed but its going to be awesome. We are working on getting a start light done before this weekend. And I talked to Calvin and my cousin and they said that they were going to stay and come to our drags instead of going to louisiana. The classes can be broken up into more stock and not stock if we need to. We'll just have to wait and see what kind of turn out we get. --Andy -

Yes the track will be watered down as much as necessary Ive been to tracks that were all hard and extremely dusty and I absolutely do not want that. Jeff I expect to see you and that slow raptor of yours being that Ive came up to see you lol!! Yea I live in pittsburg but im originally from coffeyville just dont tell anyone I hope to see everybody there Like I said if there is a good enough turnout we are seriously thinking about turning this into a sand track. Oh on a side note Calvin Pollet is a good friend of mine and my cousin rides his drag bikes now. I talked to him yesterday and they said if they do not go to the drags in louisana that they would bring a couple of bikes. I told my cousin that he couldnt enter the drag frame bike but we would love to see some runs. I'll keep you guys up to date but dont hold me to it. -

First of all I talk to calvin about once a week he is a personal friend of mine that Ive known since I was a little kid. I grew up with his kids and my father and him are best friends. Ive got one of the very first 65X54 and the first set that got put on a dyno. Me and calvin talk about carbs all the time, calvin likes the pj's because hes old school and has been running 250r's forever. And you know what I was just trying to give you a little advise and let you know what Ive already researched, you dont have to take my advise and I didnt even tell you that 38's wouldnt work i just said that they sound a little big I think that if your not running alky that a 35 would be better. But you do what ever you want I could really give a shit. laters?

65mm stock stroke, stock carbs, vforce reeds, +5 timing, cpi inframes, 19cc domes dynoed in at 320 main and 2.5 from top on needle. Also I dont know how much a 65X54 will like a 38mm carb sounds a little big for a stock stroke.

I have a set of virgin cylinders for sale that came off of a very low hour 04 these cylinders have never been touched (unbored unported) great for someone looking for a good set of cylinders to port. These cylinders come with pistons, rings, wristpins, and wristpin bearings. Everything you need to get you blown up bike running again and have a set of virgin bore cylinder with all the life left in them. Ill take $300 for the whole lot. PM me or email at [email protected] Thanks andy
