  1. Tube is in place, but how do you get an air leak?
  2. I have T-6 pipes and V3 reeds does anybody have set-up close to this Was running 280 mains clip in the middle Now I'm running 280 mains clip moved up 1 notch to the fat part of the needle. Pilots screws #25 stock. 2 turns out Bike wants to spit and backfire out of right side of pipe. If the TORS got messed up how does that happen. They did not get messed from the T-6 install last year. Compression is good Reeds are torqued to spec I think I'm going to have to get that TORS elim kit, just to get rid of another varible. All I know is bike ran fine until I put in the new reeds.

  4. If you just unplug the TORS is that all you have to do to render it ineffective. Because I'm still having Carb problems and I don't want the TORS to be a variable.

  6. I've been wondering that same question I put in the V3s the other day and it ran like crap the powerband never wanted to kick in at all I changed my main jets to 260 from 280 and the clip in the middle just need to test it out to make sure it works well. Seemed to be running rich

  8. It idols fine, but the power band in 2nd 3rd 4th ect. gears just does not want to come on quick. It seems like it just want to gurggle. Spark plugs look dark. I going to put new one in today after work and see what happens

  12. I have Toomey T6 Pipes 280 Mian Jet Needle on 4th slot I just installed the new V-Force 3 Reeds and rode the Banshee yesterday. It ran like crap. The power band did not want to kick in at all. Has anyone have these problems with the V3s. I had my old spark plugs in there, Moto Tassinari says to change your plugs Could that be the problem

  15. I have a 2003 banshee I noticed when I changed my reeds to V3 that there was this black flaking material inside the cyliner where the reeds set in place. Does anybody know what this is? I wouldn't say I rag on my shee, I just wiped it off I was just a little concerned

  17. I just bought the VForce3 reeds and reed spacers My question is, does the reed go in the cylinder head first or does the spacer go up agaist the cylinder head and then the reed, manifold & carb?
  18. I have the Clymer for referance. Now when I remove the clutch and basket, I'm just going to have to remember what order the plates come off and go on. How many plates are there? The exploded view illustration in the Clymer's is not that detailed, as far as the order goes
  19. I bought a shift star and I was just wondering what steps and in what order I need to do to put this on. For example do I take the shift shaft out, do i take the whole kick starter out. I just what some detailed help so I don't "F" this up.
  20. If you go to Toomey's web site in the FAQ sections it tells you that bluing in normal for thier pipes. I have the T6's and they are blue down by the bottom and I think that just looks super cool.

I have a Dura Blue Axel that is not even a year old, And when I rode it from the trailer to the street up the driveaway and in the grass to the my Mom's Garage, Until I could move it to my new garage. I notice last weekend that the axel had started to rust, and have rust pits on it. What can I use to clean that off? I did not think Chrome would start to rust that soon. It's been in her garage for about a month or more.
