Is there a Michgan Company that does the removable sub-frame for a Banshee? I thought I saw a post on here about that once before.

Thanks for the insite. I went to his ebay site and checked the swing arms out. He does not mention in his site if he uses 4130 chromemoly or not for his Swingarms. But thanks again on th info.

I like the way Lonestar's, Eyeball Eng. Jansen's & Fireball's Swing arm looks I'm just wondering if there are any Michigan Based Fab Companies that are into ATV's and that can Fabricate Swing Arms, A-Arms, Banshee Chassis and Removable Sub-Frames?

Just wanted to give a shout out to the boys from Bellville, MI. Who lended us a B.F.H. out at Silver Lake Last Saturday Oct. 23rd. After my bud blew-out his grab bar holder bracket for the flag the B.F.H. came in handy to pound it straight again. Thanks again

I always ran DOMINATOR 2-Cycle Oil Amsoil or the Klotz . Recently I was given the Amsoil INTERCEPTOR 2-Cycle Oil. Whats the difference and should I even use it.

I know most of the pros who race dirt run that 8" rim. But what about a 8" rim mounted with paddle tires. Is there a traction difference with the 8"

The Hush kit is from toomey it deadens the sound a little. But you don't need it for Silver Lake. you just need to purchase toomey spark arresters. But no one has answered me on the spewing radiator fluid out on to the rear swing arm. from that hose

I have Toomey T-6, pipes and this is what there direction say to do Remove the radiator overflow bottle and re-route the hose down to the ground, loosely tying it to the steering stem, Cut it off about 2

no its not a bad o-ring or a head gasket, I just changed the oil and did not see anything strang in there. I thought the Banshees where prone to this problem Is there any experts on this situation that have been where me and my homie are at

Ok let me try this again. Trying to get the right facts. I have two different variables here a. My Banshee has Toomey Radiator Toomey Pipes(T6) No coolant bottle, Radiator fluid nearly gone. Honestly I have not been checking the Rad. fluid in about five other rides. b. My friends banshee has a stock radiator, T6 pipes, has the coolant bottle still in the back. Bored .30 over with a .20 milled head, he too is spilling fluid. The hoses seem to be connected tight. we know its not a leaking radiator. both run engine ice. what is the cause and the solution. I did a search on radiators on this forum and it just debates the coolant res. how are the guys out in Glamis avoiding these problems. peace Lil'E

Ok I have a Toomey Radiator no leaks, Toomey T-6 Pipes I dont have that coolant bottle anymore just the hose running down my steering stem like Toomey suggest Question why is my Radiator fluid still finding its way out of the radiator. does it just get so hot it still spills out.

In my haste to get paddles I notice they are mounted on a 10" rim. Is that going to screw up my setup or am I just paranoid.

will I get from these paddles. Will I be able to turn with these tires? Or Are the angled paddles a night and day difference first time going to silver lake just want to know if these paddles will work fine for all around use or am I going to regret getting the Sand Devils over the Sand Shark Tires by GBC

Besides the motor mounts what else is involved to spliting the case and getting it out of the frame? Disconnect the stator electrical. or is it better to pay the $75 hour shop rate to have a knowable person look at it and clean it out. weld and true a new crank what would be the total damage Downriver Michigan needs help and good advise on what route to take

Hopefully you will see the attached pics of the piston, in question. The top is all pitted and there is a chunk of metal broke off from the side. A.) Where did the metal go? B.) Can I get away with just honing the jugs and getting new pistons, rings, bearings, ect. C) Do I have to split the case to look for the metal need some answers still kind of green at engine rebuilding.

Compression 110 on left jug Compression 95 right jug Timing is stock Octane should be at least 93 octane

My other friends banshee when he gets it started when you blip the throttle it just want to stay at high revs I don't know if he need a new throttle cable he has an aftermarket moose throttle i dont know if its play in the cable by where it connect to the throttle lever or if is something electrical hes put a new CDI Box on and a New Ing Coil looking for help

Okay so were riding in the field the bike was riding fine. Then I heard like tapping on metal and I dont think its the reeds because the spark plug gap was close shut on the right spark plug because I think it was hitting the piston Attached is a photo of the right side of the spark plug I searched the forums and did not see a topic on this
