  3. What do you mean by old? Those appear to be the same as a new set.
  4. TTT. Measured the Cub cylinders and it's a 7 Mil Casting ported for a 10 Mil. Ex port is around 194* duration so there is plenty of room to go more if you want. Like I said, plating had some scars in it and is runnable, but I would replate if I kept it. $450 plus pp fees plus shipping.
  5. Who'd you get the Twister from? You can get that to run low .50s, high .40s if it's right with a jockey. A small triple will run .30s if perfect maybe.

  8. Hardware stores should have orings. Take yours and find one with the same diameter. You can cut it at an angle and superglue if it's too long. I disagree about UPP being an upgrade per se. They are great, but don't last long.
  9. It'll get through the gears faster and run better with the new gearing, imo.
  10. Those pins should be rested in the grooves on the case half edge. If they are up or down or not parallel to the case they will dig into the cases then break stuff.
  11. Like said, the pins that stick out of the stock bearings are probably in the wrong location. I busted some crank bearings torqueing down the cases like that. Didn't realize the bearings had moved during assembly.

  17. Power to weight ratio is by far the most important. It's hard to outrun a lighter build.
  18. Seems like you fit in fine here.....silencer/can length may play a bigger role role in 4 stroke exhaust than 2 stroke,but it does matter some. That being said, the pipes probably already have the optimum silencer length for the design. JMO.
  19. I would have stayed with the billet. Is a triple DMX mono block? Do you think having stock bowls on those carbs caused an issue?
  20. My small ones are in the 250lb range and biggest is 350 lb I think. I don't know what else to do when a motor weighs 200lbs lol

  23. You can't tell much about your jetting with those. I run 350 mains with your setup, but I run WOT in 6th when I ride it.
