  1. Precision Powesports does windows for stock cases along with another mod that makes changing forks easier than most windowed billet cases.
  2. Gonna need a pic to see what's wrong.
  3. Mmmmm isn't it already clear that one piston is higher up than the other at TDC, due to his squish measurements? Or are you looking for deck related differences?
  4. Locator pins aren't needed. And have caused me problems a few times. Those pins will fall out, or outer race will turn while trying to install crank, and the pin ends up smashing into the case. I use bearing locktite on them, though not sure it's necessary.
  5. I've had plugs look like that after a several good 300ft runs. I just assumed the plugs were gapped correctly on yours. That may be an issue
  6. If you're just running through 3rd gear the plug's base should look brand new still. What does it look like? The strap can turn just idling.
  7. Have those carbs been ran before with that needle?
  8. Look for the leak, but if you can't find it run it.
  9. I'm not gonna be able to get by to get pics or even ship them for a couple of days. Sorry.
  10. I have some. I'll get some pics later this week if interested. $75.
  11. Not sure if LEDs are on any record holder.
  12. That's funny you said that. I was just talking to my brother about pipes and I said I'm sure you'd tested those and they didn't work best for you. Otherwise they would've been on the bike.
  13. Best I can tell.
  14. Good job guys. 3.49 so far. Ridiculous.
  15. Got to give props where they are due. Hell it might go faster before we're through . Currie Motorsports and Turbo Chassis gettin shit done. I still took their money though, lol. heads or tails for $250anyone[emoji38]
  16. "Setting up" alky carbs isn't rocket science. I don't see why a builder has to do it. Drill, change needle, install power jet and be done. Sure there are some other things that can be done but most don't do that any way.
  17. Pump is not needed on that motor for 300'
  18. You can drill the pjs out to 0.096" if you don't want to drill the mains/dumps. Note that they won't shut all the way off once you do that.
  19. Those are hard to find. Good luck.
  20. You can make almost any tire from 14 extremes to 18 rippers work. But those are in the ballpark of what I would use.
  21. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/26/f07077bce92586d14429182e0a0250ac.jpg Here's kinda what we did with 2 pumps and those bowls. And the last pic is almost a twin of your chassis.
  22. Although I think those bowls are way overkill for 300', I'd just run 1 pump and feed the "stock" Lectron fuel inlet. Even if you run 2 pumps, you can still use one inlet.
  23. Those bowls are a PITA if they are the dual feed type. I'm sure y'all will get them sorted, but there's a simple way to make them workable, IMO.
  24. But was yours tuned by EGT? On alky we commonly have to open a power jet more than the other, but it's not always on he same side. Jetting sounds way lean as mentioned.
