Post some pictures, I'm sure we can figure it out.

Here's my take, I prefer more adjustability if I have the choice, unless the arms in question are already desinged with the alignment setting I'm after built in. Justin, caster (the spindles inclination for or aft from a true vertical axis) can be adjusted with a "smart" level or a hand held caster/camber guage ( I realize not all of us hav one, but it is an option) Fact is positive caster ( top of spindle leaned towards the rear of the quad) makes for more stable and precise steering in high speed situations, when paired with some negative camber ( spindle top leaned in towards the steering stem) will increase the tires contact patch with the terrain and provide better handling than a set up with no positive caster / negative camber. Again just my take on things (open up any ATv mag and look at a properly set up MX quad). Don't let the outward appearance of Gary's arms intimidate you, with the propper tools, careful attention to detail and a few hours you can install them with no trouble, hell drive up to my neck of the woods and I'll give you a hand.

Bansh, stock or aftermarket parts will make no difference. Mix the first tank fat, and heat cycle the shit out of the thing, by that I mean start the bike let it warm up for a few minutes, during warm up DO NOT rev the shit out of the thing. Ride it easy until it reaches normal operating temp, keeping the RPM's cycling up and down, then let the bike cool off to as close to stone cold as possible, then repeat. 5 - 6 heat cycles, change the oil, check the coolant, adjust the chain, check clutch cable adjustment, fill the tank with your mix of choice (40:1 is a good starting point) and let it rip. This procedure has never let me down.

The schrader valve at the top of the shock? That is where the nitrogen is added / removed - I would strongly suggest you NOT mess with that. The nitrogen maintains pressure on the back of the piston inside the oil which dictates valve actuation based on the shim stack. Nitrogen in an emulsion shock (like Works) will not change ride height.

Jeeezuuuus, I don't know what the hell you just said, but I do know that NASA is experiencing some serious issues with the shuttle program. They could use a guy like you!

Have any other pictures? Color options? Give us some more details, do they accept the OEM H20 pump bearing & seal, O ring around the clutch cover????

Bansh, if it were me I'd start with the following: -Pipes (T5's are a great choice for a stock engine and respond well to future modifications) -Lose the OEM air filter setup immediately and replace it with the brand / style of your choice. -Obviously you'll need to re-jet the carbs, might as well lose the TORS shit while you're there. -Front shocks set up specifically for your weight, terrain of choice, and riding style, hell some +2+1 A arms while you're at it. -Another set of IMS pegs, or just swap them of your current bike. -A comfortable set of handle bars, and while you're at it lose the e-brake and get a new EZ pull clutch lever. -Lighting upgrade for the night rides. -8 paddles & a clickwhip. You can probably take it from here, but this is where I would start. Good luck, keep us posted, and congratulations!

Sorry Stan, it's not my booth, my good friend Kevin owns custom creations ATV ( the guy who built my engine, A-arms, swing arm etc...) it's his booth, I'm just helping him work the booth for the show, and he wanted to display my bike along with three of his own to showcase his products. I really do appreciate the offer, and believe me if it were my booth your stuff would be all over it. Kevin may be in the market for a new billet source, I'll check with him - if so I'll put you guys in contact, he already has a logo on file for CNC stuff. Thanks again Stan!

Tag has some decent looking black bumpers, nothing to fancy, pretty run of the mill really. PRM makes a nice baja looking bumper PC'd black would look sick, IMS has the new version with the replaceable inserts, not sure if there's one you'd like. Gary @ quicksand motorsports makes a nice piece, here's the one he made for me.

Call Todd @ TCS (951) 245-7484, tell him what you're after and he'll get you squared away. If the rear shock has been re-valved already a simple change of spring rate will be no problem.

OH SHIT! What just happened here? I give you guys a heads up of sorts and now my shit is beeing looted? That is just not right Matt, just for that I'm telling Kevin to do the special port job on your cyls. Bring wrenches? you guys are killing me! Tell you what, bring $5 and I'll let you sit on it. For those of you celebrating B-Days, come by and I'll buy you a beer , for those of you looking to part out my bike come by and I'll buy you a knuckle sandwich . I'll take lots of pics, and yes Stan I still have the grab bar you made, hell it's the nicest piece of billit on my bike! I'll get you some shots of it @ the show.

Without sticking my nose where it does not belong, I'd just like to point out that there is always two sides to a story. It is no secret that Ray and I had dealings that were less than ideal in the past, however no one can argue the fact that he is a stand up guy, sorry to see this happen to him. While I have never dealt with firemanhot I can understand that life / family / child can get in the way of the best laid plans, but the letter or e-mail Ray posted above paints an ugly picture of fireman with his own words, better avenues could have been taken. Good luck Ray.

That is why I run a skid plate on my +4
