  1. spoin- unless something big comes up we will be there. I will be going with my dad and a few of his friends who all work swing shift. Theres only so many weekends out of the year they have off so theres not much that is going to keep us from going. I'll let you know if we wont be able to make it though..
  2. I will be with a riding group sunday april 4th. Just wondering if anyone else is going to be there???
  3. Carbs
  4. I dont like the way it looks with all that space either, it looks alot like how a 250r is. They have alot of room of there too.
  5. Why so cheap and any pics?
  6. Ive gone from 0 to 0.
  7. I'm not sure. I bought the whole setup from a guy off ebay that had parted the bike out. As far as I can tell looking at it, it looks to be in good condition.
  8. nasty- you mean you just bought one for a 2 into 1? If you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for it?
  9. So I could call anywhere that distributes throttle cables and tell them I need one X inches long, and they would probably have one close right?
  10. I have a twist throttle cable and the twister that mounts on the handlebars for a 2 into 1 carb. I would like to trade it for a thumb throttle cable, just the cable. Or if your looking to get rid of a throttle cable I may be interested.
  11. Nobody knows? I know any regular throttle cable will work but I'm not sure what length I need.
  12. Where can I get a thumb throttle cable for a 2 into 1 carb? I have the whole twist setup, the cable and the twist throttle. I just havent put it on yet. If anyone is interested in a trade let me know.
  13. Yeah, when I was selling my Raptor I found that the smaller name companies have much better prices then any of the big name ones. I got a quote from a shipping service I had never heard of for $200 less than yellow freight.
  14. Bump. Make me an offer. These are a steal, chokes alone cost me $70.
  15. Well I just bought a stage 4 intake, 35 or 36mm pwk, airfilter, airbox, throttle cable and twist throttle for $200. From the pics everything looks to be in good shape.
  16. I will take $150 plus shipping. I forgot to mention these carbs are polished.
  17. You will have to download the pic. Only difference is they now have chokes and idle screws.
  18. $140 is a bit low. I will be putting them on ebay soon.
  19. Well, I bought the carbs for $130, and then spent another $8o on chokes, cable, and idle screws, so make me an offer.
  20. I have stock intakes and boost bottle, 32mm keihin carbs, and a toomey 2 into 1 airifilter with outerwear. The 32's are 28 or 30's that have been smooth bored to 32, so they will fit stock intakes. The chokes and idle screws are brand new and have seen absolutely no use. Also have brand new throttle cable that hasnt been used. Carbs come with tops.
  21. How do you guys with stage 4 intake manifolds for 2-1 carbs like it? Is this the only type of intake trinity makes and if there are others what is the difference?
  22. "Stage 3 means pretty extensive to me. If you have pretty extensive port work, then the smallest I'd go on duals is 30mm. I'd say more like 34mm for pretty extensive port work. For mild/moderate portwork maybe 30's is about right. I think it also depends on personal taste quite a bit. From 30mm to 34mm, I doubt you could go wrong. Also, I don't remember the portwork, I probably wouldn't have recommend a single 35mm if I knew there was portwork. I'd run a single 35 with very mild porting, but thats it. Any more, and its back to duals." That is from the thread I posted a few weeks ago asking about whether I should stick with the 35 or go back to duals, and that was your response. In a later post you said 32mm would be perfect for my bike. I am sorry it sounds like I'm just going in circles but I have just been taking your advice. I may end up going back to the 2 into 1 setup..
  23. Reason I'm asking is because I'm starting to think my 32's are going to be too big.
