Did you putsome of youre premix on all of the bearings? In the holes to lube up the journals? It should be free..... Keep spinnin it by hand see whats up.
I agree w/ shee. Try adjusting the locating pin for the actual shift shaft, and make damn sure the shift shaft is in good working order, before you tear it down. Later
R U Shittin me? thats all u have to do all is correct grammer? Fuck off get a job and contribute to the HQ. Who gives a fuck about the grammer? This is a banshee site not a grammer 101 site!!!!!!!
If the comp test is like you say, then definetly rebuild. The rings r prolly shot in the left side, and you now have piston slap. The rings arent making the piston run true up and down and it slaps the cyl wall eventually breaking the skirt on the piston. That is a major re-build. Do yourself a favor tear it down before hand.
You can flush the case with youre premix or deisel, but I dont recommend it. Better to be safe than sorry. I would hate to see ya go through all the troble of flushing the case, boring and putting a new piston in, just to do it again in 6 or 7 rides. It would be lean to burn a hole in the piston...
You can also use very small amount of silicone to hold the o-rings in place. Be sure the o-rings on the studs are seatted properly before the top goes on.
I would say if youre if really not a hard dragger, then you really dont need the override. I dont have one on my cub, and I drag the shit out of it, dont seem too miss it at all. JMO
