  1. Yes they do have 2 notches in them, but all you have to do is take a die grinder and grind one of the notches out of the head. Its very easy to do. I talked to a guy form vitos performance, he is the one who told me to do it. At first I was a little scared to do it, but he told me it was no big deal. He said it only takes a few minutes to do. He told me that the only reason vitos puts two notches in their heads is because they didn't want pro design bitchin about stealing their design. Its very simple to do.
  2. I raced a 250r with a 330 kit on it at LS. At the time I had my timing at +4, running Fattys, V-Force, K&N, and cool head. I think he fell asleep at the line, cause I jumped him by about 2 bike lengths out of the hole. I kicked his ass....... For about 30 feet, then all I saw was a white flash go by me. He was throwin sand 10ft high pullin a 3ft wheelie and kept grabbin gears. He must of been 30yds in front of me on a 100yd race. It was bitchin. Don't talk shit on the Honda unless you can back it up! I sure as hell can't
  3. The hot rod crank should have a SMALL pin sticking out of the bearing on the water pump side of the crank. Its the only bearing that doen't have and o-ring on it.
  4. how much $
  5. if you +7 mm over a stock crank that is like a 7mm longer lever so you will produce more torque. or think of it like this if you had a 12" ratchet and exerted 10 pounds of force on it you would have 10 foot pound coming out. if you had a 18" ratchet and exerted the same 10 pounds of force on it then you would have 15 foot pounds come out. it is the smae concept. 324639[/snapback] Nice analogy
  6. Noss... Looks better...Cost less
  7. She's got to be the dumbest bitch I've ever seen! I cant stand that bitch.
  8. I would keep stock gearing if I were you, but a lot of people on here prefer a 15,and some prefer 13. What ever suits YOUR riding style best is what you need to stick with.
  9. 1st is to low. Tops out too quick and all it does is spin. 2nd puts the power to the ground (most of the time).
  10. I thought they were made by someone else but I wasn't sure who. Thanks for the info guys. Locogato: You don't have to rub salt in my wounds asshole.
  11. When I ran stock carbs and Fattys, I couldn't seem to get the needle rich enough, even with the clip all the way down. I bought the Dyno Jet jet kit. The bike ran awsome after that, It was jetted perfect all the way through. I would highly recomend going with the Dyno Jets. The kit comes with two or three different mains, and different needles.
  12. My brother wants a set of em ,but he doesn't know anything about them. I think he just wants them because of the name "Fat Bastard"
  13. I ran my 28mm pwks with stock intake vforce reeds and reed spacers. I had no problem with the clutch arm.
  14. Vito's Fat Bastard Pipe (inframes) Anyone know anything about these pipes. I heard a while back they were very similar to GRR pipes. Are they equal to CPI, Rockets, or shearer??
  15. 2nd....Always
  16. I heard Derek Wenzel wants to sell his 450 to build a drag banshee. Maybe you guys oughta hook up, maybe do a trade or somthin'. He only live 10 minutes from you (your dads house).
  17. Suppose to make around 120hp at the wheels. If I where you I'd just call Jim at passion racing. He will give you whatever you want. I got a 4mm 12port drag style port on mine, they should be back by next weekend
  18. I got a set from magic racing once. I think the kit was $320. That included 2 carbs, proper jetting, and the cable, I would highly recomend them, they are sweet carbs, I still got em lying around somewhere.
  19. Go to" VP racing fues" web site. Chances are there is dealer near you. I would be almost positive there is one in columbia if nothing else.
  20. Jim talked to me about it also. In my book, anything that will only last about 15 passes down a drag strip before it needs new rings is pretty unreliable. JMHO. Don't get me wrong, If thats what you're looking for It would be an excellent motor, it makes a ton of power. Just to much down time for me.
  21. X-3 is a drag race ONLY port job on stock cylinders. Avalible only through Passion Racing. 100+hp, Very fast and very unreliable. X-1 is stock stroke crank - X-3 is +4mm stroke. A very Wicked motor to my understanding!
  22. Banshees do use a lot of gas. Even more so if you put bigger carbs on em....Small price to pay to be able to kick every one else's ass tho
  23. Better pick up a new mag. Most 250s these days are between 46(YZ) and 49.9 (KTM)
  24. Jeff Weindorff of Fast Racing has a 350 drag motor on alky that has put out 98hp several times on the dyno. probably somewhere around high 80's to 90 on gas. Race Gas that is.
  25. What do you mean" all out drag banshee"? The possibilities are endless on a banshee. 535cc cheetah, 620 T-rex, 720 rotax cranker, ect.
