Ok, well I put the top end on last night, I just put a couple drops of my 2 cycle on it, I was only asking because in the service manual it said to put "engin oil" on it and I wasn't sure what they meant by that. Thanks for your replys.

I've had my top end off for porting and before I put it on I want to oil/greese the crank bearings but I don't know if you use a certain type of oil or certain type of greese, can any one let me know what I need to use? Thanks.

Im thinking he meant by that that he wishes there wasn't any laws as to where you could ride, it would be cool if every one used common sense when they rode but there would be dumb ass people up on the highway and people causing and getting into wrecks. If there were no laws at all we would live in chaos. If you ask me I think it should be leagle to atleast ride in the ditch or on the shoulder to get places I mean seriously I don't see how tudlin along on the shoulder or the ditch is hurting anything. And get this, my friends next door neihbor is a cop and he said its ileagle to go strait across a road but it is leagle to go at an angle.... wtf is that?

Yeah and most of the time its some punk ass teenager givin all of us other teenagers a bad rep. I hate to hear that they broke some of your shit man that sucks, atleast they didn't actually steal one of them and kill some one or themselves or get to the shee. I don't understand how some one could steal or vandalize something that some one paid so much money for and worked hard for that money, that would way on my concience and I couldn't go threw with it even if I wanted to. I think if I caught some one in the act of stealin my shit again I would have to seriously f*ck them up, I've got an aluminum bat that agrees with me.

I plan to send my shift star off my blaster to him VERY soon, and also after I get my banshee I will no doubt get him to lighten the fly wheel and do the shift star on it aswell.

The way I see it is its not hard to run and get away from the cops on an atv or dirt bike, I could have easily gotten away from the cops that have stoped me, but they didn't do anything to me, some gave me a warning some just talked for a minut but if I had ran im sure they would have ticketed me. The thing you gotta worry about if you run and get away is now you have a warrent out for your ass and theres a very good chance they are gonna find out where you live so realy unless they didn't see you yet DO NOT RUN AWAY, if you spot a cop down a road or see one sitting in a drive way turn and run like hell before they see you, no sense in taking a chance, but if they see you and flip the lights on you better just cut it off. Oh and btw ALWAYS be a kiss ass, be extra nice, talk to them, tell them why your riding on the road or w/e and alot of times they will let you off.

If I see a cop I normaly just wave and drive slowly on the side of the road most of the time they just wave back and sometimes they stop me to talk and to check out the bike. (we have a few cool caops around here) although I did get a ticket one time but I took him to court and it got dismissed. I admit I have ran from the cops, but I did so because I spotted them before they saw me so I turned around and hauled some ass away before they even saw me so I feel that thats diffrent. keep in mind most of this happend before I could drive so I pretty much had to ride to some of the places I rode at, now that I have my license I take it to the track, to a friends house, or to a recreational place for quads and bikes. What I wanna know is how you sold your banshee in less then 24 hours, and how you thought you wheren't gonna get caught eventually, if you saw the cop why in the hell did you speed up? People should use more common sense when they ride seriously, now you don't have a ride, you gotta pay out your ass for fines, you lost a friend, he lost his shit and im sure hes gotta pay out his ass too. Very unfortunate. But then you think about it, WHAT IF you had just stoped in the first place, you never know he could have let you go with a warning, he could have maby givin you a small fine, maby if you had slown down you wouldn't have even gotten pulled over.

I think a better question here would be how can I teach my wife how to shift, and not let her on it if shes gonna rev the shit outa first. This is mainly a stupid question because there is no way to know how long any certain motor would last being taped out in first gear, one engin may last 10 seconds another may go for a minut you just don't know, use some common sense and just say hmm well I know if I do it for long enough I will f*ck it up so I will just not do it and leave it at that. I have also wounderd to myself how long it would last being revved out like that but thats as far as I took it, I don't want to rev it out like that, I don't wanna f*ck up my shit so why would I care how long it would take. Im not calling him stupid, maby hes being sarcastic or just actin stupid for humor but that is a stupid question, but we've had fun with it atleast.

Yeah its alot easier to wheelie not using the clutch, thats how I started out on my blaster, but once I got some rear brakes I could use the clutch cause if I went to far back I could controle myself.

Yes it is a little know fact that sea men is extremly flammible, why do you think you can't smoke on a ship. On another side note cotton eyed joe I seriously hope you cannot fit your weenie in your exaust. But I do see where there could some performance gains there, maby beat off and use a funnle.

There all just playin, it won't do anything but give you an extra 8-11 hp, what most people don't know is it stretches the rod when you pin it in first, you should do this for aproximatly 3 minuts, untill engin failure, and or when any loud violent noises are heard. I do it to all of my bikes. On a side note, if you beat off into your intake its like nitrous I swear.

Oh ok cool, I still need to get some boots, ClutchCity just requires some kind of leather boot, so when I get some ridin boots I'll go out there 1 weekend.My cousin rides there alot with 1 of his buddys, he rides a yz426f and his buddy rides a yz 250 both of those bikes are very nice. Maby we'll see 1 of you guys out there, I wouldn't mind racin a shee out on the track. (Im sure I would get burned)

I was at ClutchCity in Humble, I hear its not the best or hardest track, but it was fun. I would like to go to Three Palms but its pretty far away, Highlands mx is close, I wouldn't mind going there 1 weekend.

Well I went out to the mx track today and had a blast, there were some realy realy kick ass yfz's and raptors there, also a couple 400 ex's, and about 5 of the riders where some damn good lookin chicks. After talkin with them for a while we got out on the track and im happy to say I didn't have 1 wreak, a few close calls though. I was surprized that I was keeping well infront of most of those raptors and yfz's on my modded yz 85, It didn't wanna hook up though cause my rear tire is almost bald but I was clearing all the tables out there and all the step ups pretty easily in 5'th and 6'th, was doin aight for my second time on a track. No pics of the quads though my digi cam isn't working but my mom snaped a few of me on the jumps with the disposable cam though, so hopefully those will come out and I can get her friend to scan them for me so i can post em up. All in all it was a great day, went threw 2 tanks and am pretty tired and am sun burnt pretty bad haha. I can't wait to get my blaster back together, its gonna be nice I think im going to race mx with it. Blake.

Did your friends rejet when they modded? Mines piped and I ride the living shit outa it and I rode almost every day for 3 YEARS and it still has good compression even after it being ragged out for 6-7 months after it was stolen, blasters if taken care of will last forever.. Also, a stock blaster has about 15-18 hp at the rear wheels, when you put a pipe on it you will feel a nice diffrence, mines dead even with a piped kx 80... Also, they are tipy stock due to the ballon tires, put some aftermarlet tires on there and you will notice a good diffrence, mine has a +2 lsr banshee axle and +2 a arms and I turned it sideways in mid 5'th gear on the road ( On accident..Don't ask me how I don't remember..) But I just leaned and it didn't even try to come up on 2 wheels.. The stock brakes suck, but you can very very easily on the older models take banshee front and rear brakes and put them on with very little modifacation. They are very good wheelie machines, can ride them out forever.. They are also verry cheap to modify and maintain..

They are nice bikes, powerwise they are not comparable with a shee by no means, but they can be made to beat piped banshees... Aftermarket pipe, filter and reeds will make a nice diffrence, you will be right with a stock 400 ex or beat 1.. Yes the blaster is AWSOME in trails being so light small and with such good handling, and its just a realy fun bike to ride.

I know its not a banshee but its kinda the same, I need to know where all I should put greese zerks on my blaster to keep everything lubed up. Also what size drill bit, and if there are diffrent size zerks what size of those and im guessing I could get that at any auto parts or hardwear store? Any information and pics would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

I wanna have my blaster ported and have heard good things about cp on BlasterHQ and I am going to get my blaster ported.. I was woundering if Jims porting on a blaster is as awsome as it is on a banshee, or if he even ports blasters. I have heard nothing but good things about his engins, and every 1 says they just flat out rip...
