You'll be just fine, I ran 20's and 22's with my AC propegs and -2.5" swinger. -
Can i make my Banshee sit taller?
Trick2stroke replied to WeSt CoAsT TrUtH's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Do you want it to sit higher or feel bigger? Sitting higher really has no advantage but rather will just raise the CG and make it less stable. Like mentioned the points of focus should be the seat, pegs, and steering stem/ handle bars. The suspension has nothing to do with your height, just weight. Get a longr stem that's offset +1 forward, the desert seat, and possibly some pegs that are moved back and or down and you'll be good to go. -
The vitos cylinders don't come with porting like cubs do do they, I didn't think they did. If that's the case and he just got the 404 over ported stockers then year there's gonna be a reduction in performance. I'm not trying to defend the 404 per say I've never heard a whole lot of good about them but that could be a factor in his loss of performance, among the other things you mentioned.

Cracked my foot...wanna see?
Trick2stroke replied to DallasGDub's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Looks like you have no susp. travel on that thing. Sorry to hear about the foot, that sucks. You say you even had boots on? damn. -
got lots of Banshee parts for sale.....
Trick2stroke replied to Minkia38's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
I'm guessing the YFZ's are being parted aswell. Would you beable to put together a bolt set of all the stock chassis nuts/bolts? Everything but the engine basically. -
Do you have the wiring harness for this new engine? PS the banshee carbs are not going to work on this engine, or any 4 stroke engine for that matter. Even if they did they'd be too small. You're lookin at a few hundred atleast for carbs. Selling off the banshee motor may be the best way to fund this project.

I'll see about going out to my buddies where I keep everything and snaggin' some pics if I can today or tomorrow before work. It's in great shape though, not new by any means but there's no imperfections or defects in any way, could use a little polishing however. Just to give you an idea untill I can get the pics.

What are some good parts to throw on a stock banshee for MX
Trick2stroke replied to Bio_HaZerd's topic in MX Forum
Shorten the swing arm, find a good used front end (shocks/a arms, or you could do the YFZ450 a arm/shock swap) some low-midrange pipes, you have to have nerfs and a kill switch for most any track to race, an axle, and some 18" tires. That's the short sweet undetailed list of things that will make your track time much more bearable and make you faster/more consistant. If you have questions on which pipes to get, what gearing, what tires feel free to ask. Me and plenty others here can answer most if not all of your questions. You're gonna love track riding and the power of the banshee, it's a whole new world. -
Comes with studs and used O-Rings, both set's of domes are in perfect used condition. Don't have any pics right now but the head is in great shape, I can get some if needed. Asking 150 shipped. MoneyOrders or Paypal accepted. Also have a Trinity 2-1 intake that's brand new ever used, comes with all hardware, and billet intake boot for larger carb. Here's a pic, not of the exact one but it's identical, mines cleaner, brand new. Doesn't come with a carb. Asking 105 shipped. Again, m/o and paypal accepted. Thanks.

I delt with this cat in the past and had a good experience with him, Maybe he really did forget, either way that's not good. With any luck it'll show up, in the mean time file that dispute for sure. -

The gears depends on the track.

need some carb and airbox ideas please...
Trick2stroke replied to sheemen14's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
I think Cascade makes or made one, could be wrong on that. I'd just make one myself, it's pretty damn easy, incredibly easy if you have access to a machine shop or something of the sort. Just trace out the pattern on some sheet metal, bend it, lay down a bead of silicone on the joints and just rivet it, or you could go a step further and just weld one if you have the skills/resources. -
The Phazer 500 has a 3 way adjustable powerband and hydrolic self lubricating muffler bearings, no adjustment or fluid changes. I don't have the link but keep looking, you'll find it.

probably like 1200-1500.

how long are long travle shocks for the shee?
Trick2stroke replied to ThE_BaNsHeE_mAn88's topic in Suspension
The valving and shit will be off if you by shocks made for another bike, length isn't the only varying factor. If you're buying new just have them make you some custom shocks. Call 'em up and the company will work with you to determine all the different factors. -
That's fuckin' bad ass. If I bought a 4 stroke that'd definately be the one. The DS is pretty tight but the 525 definately takes it in my book. A lot of people say they don't like the way the ds feels but I haven't got to take a rip on one yet.
