Sounds like U need to rejet it!!! Pics didn't work try adjusting ur pilot and air screw for the colder weather

My buddy thought his crank was welded ...come to find out it wasn't...he had 170lbs per cylinder... the crank never seperated... I'm not for sure on the maximum but, I would get the crank welded....just me though.. Hope this helps out a little...
