xchevellphil,it sounds like your in your early 20's???don't exspect to much man, your young,got a family and all the other things that are essential that it takes to support your family. Your wife gets her career going things will change. I'm 47 years young and I figure my fun and finacial freedom has just begun,I lucked out on finding a girl that was a real go getter,we paid are first house off about 10 years ago and still live in the same house,she works at General Motors and I work at a feed mill not great money but it's ok. sure I had the toys over the years and I seen the toys go too over the years but today I have the toys back again and enjoying them with my family the way you will to some day. Hang in there Phil things will get better,your young and it sounds like your going about it the right way

Wipe some peanut butter around your mouth and go as an asshole J/K I think the coolest costume I seen was a buddy of mine got some drywaller stilts and a frankenstein costume.

I heard of this being done on a snowmobile engine and tried it, why not on a Banshee. If you look inside your carb slide(cut out end)there is a fairly deep resest area which causes air to get trapped in there or swirling around and restricts the air flow into the carb,what they have done is filled in the resest area with a plastic insert to keep the airflow from being restricted ,you could also grind out the cut out of the slide more ,you were given different plastic inserts to match the cut out of your choice. On the 670 rotax engine I did this on there was a major increase in throttle response and the main jet had to be increased. I think I have some of the plastic inserts that were not used kicking around if anyone is interested I could post some pics of them. Let me know your thoughts.

I doubt it that the carb screws got moved during your tear down,but stranger things have happened!!! Check the tube for the choke (between the carbs) to see if it's in place. If you think the screws got moved you can screw them all the way in and then turn each one, one and a half turns out.

That burns my ass when somefuck comes onto my property and thinks he can take what ever he wants, Iv'e had my share of theft and vandilism,nails in the laneway,sugar in the sons car gas tank,bikes stolen(found that one and stole it back )just to name some of the shit that goes on around here,did I mention that this really buuuuurns my ass.
