i guess mines just hard to wheelie with my dual rate rear shock setup i guess. before i had that done i could wheelie all damn day long. but i'd rather jump 70ft than do a wheelie at 70mph

Hey Tat, going on that same principle, cant I get a -1 and adjust the chian tighter to make it close to a -2? i think you could. when i had my -1 it was usually adjusted some where in the middle. i never tired adjusting it all the way in.

when you rode the -2 what was done to the front end. It's hard as hell to wheelie with my -2 on dirt.

I got a set of 2000, 60 over cylinders with pistons. Cylinders have stock intake and exhaust ports. Came off running bike with 155 psi. Comes with wiseco pistons and the cylinders still have 80% of the cross hatches left. $250 shipped.

i can get both from the shop i work at. the 450 shocks are new from yamaha, and i can get ohlins from parts unlimited.

no the joke is on you jackass, that's the rear shock rezzy, they mount it up front so it doesn't get hot from the motor, and fade out. That's how my lobo bike was set up, and if you look close enough those are elka's not custom axis.

what do u mean, each shock as a rezzie Like have one rezzie as a piggy back on left and right side and have another rezzie on each side as a remote rezzie ...... I ain't ever seen a quad shock w/ 2 rezzy's per side. Mike no they don't the have one remote rezzy per shock, you must have been on some serious drugs when you saw two rezzy's on one shock.

To be honest, probably not much. Because you were flat on your stomach when the quad slammed into you. I've balled off a quad about 20 ft and slammed into the ground and all I got was a serious concusion (sp) and brused rips. If you got the money buy a thor or a fox air frame. Don't buy one of those cheap ass $40 one's they'll break from just pure roost. I presonally wear a under jersey and a thor aftershock on top. The chest protectors protect more of your chest than your back. tat2

You can cut a stock one down, and it'll be just as strong if the welds are done by a quality welder. There are plenty of aftermarket bearing carriers that fit the stock swingarm. The ones my friends run the most is the RAD mfg. carrier. I have a -2 LSR swingarm and the only reason why I have it is because I got a good price. Check out quicksand products he makes a badass swingarm cheap with bearing carrier.

My best friend had three nemo thorax's in 6 months. I was there everytime, holding him down when they pulled the chest tube out. You have to be very careful for awhile, because all of a sudden your lung can calpse. The last time it happened to John, he was getting outta bed. Glad to hear your home but, I'll pray your wife doesn't bitch you out to bad. The last one was so bad they had to attach his lung to his chest cavity. tats

You need to talk to your porter and see if the motor will have enough velocity to run like it should with 34's. my duncan national motors were killer with 34 pj's, but sucked with 28's or 30's. The motor i have now is ported for 28's, but once i break it in and ride it for a while i plan on trying it with 34 pj's. If you get a 34 i recommend a 34 or 35 pwk, there soooooo much easier to tune than a pj. pm me your dyno sheet, i'd like to see it. banchetta's is a nice bell shape before he got a stroker. what's your set-up, i'll try to help an anyway i can. tat2

the best bumper imoa is a ims mud screen or a ac but ac's always fit like shit. dana creech's bumper looks ok, the one that he got powder coated black.
