SuperChicken. I have built an intake out of 3-inch irrigation tube(Looks Great for 8 Dollars) and a K&N Xstream Air cleaner, 1 inch Aluminum TBS with a 4.0L TB so my Intake is maxed out. This setup adds a lot of Power for any of you 2.5 guys Over 20 Hp. The Cat was hollowed out before I got It..Muffler was almost new. I have a Purple Mopar Camshaft 440/440 lift with 248/248 duration waiting for the day, So I am sure this Banks header with the cam will get me over 165 Hp out of this 2.5 I also Run a Ford 8.8 reared with 4.10 gears with Disc brakes, JBconversion Transfercase with SYE, Tom Woods Custom Rear drive line. it starts pretty easy cold. but it takes a few kicks with 27.5 and no choke. it's weird, I have a comb problem. That is way i am thinking the 2.0 slide is to rich. 27.5 pilot is not right with that slide.

I agree Banchetta I feel that the passion 12 port stroker with High rev pipe (shearerl) that i have need to be leaner. 420 dyno made a major improvements with one jet change to a leaner setting. I am at 270 and my 6th gear doesn't pull in sand but 280 on up it gets worse and the warmer the weather too. , all this tells me i am rich on the main . 260 seam pretty lean but it's never acted lean with 270 . Five 5 second 6th gear drags on the lake bed and i did a plug chop looks close On the smoke ring still pretty dark bown tho. I feel rich on the pilot too. I started with 35 down to 32.5, 30 than 27.5 the 27.5 & 30 made a crackling sound and weak power output. the 35 run fairly crisp until my motor hit 180 to 190 degrees water temp. But it was more like a sputter than a crackling but it's hard to tell them apart. the 35 leaves alot of oil on the tail pipe.and runs worse in hot temps. 27.5 did not. this is at 1/8 throttle crusie once i hit the gas it fly until 6th gear. so i feeling like it maybe a cutway issuse. I am running a 2.0 slide on a stock vm 34mm come with a 2.5 but i have a set of 3.0 with are leaner the higher the numbers. I plan on testing them sometime. Soak the shaft it in rusteater a few times over night, than Get a hard wood board or soft metal shaft place it on the bolt and hit it with a 2 pound hammer. Repete this a few time and it should break loose. also a slide hammer on the head side and hit the other at the same time.

if you buy any sand sport mag you will see banshees and a few very hot rodded 4 stroker. Just buy a Sand mag.

Tor = Throttle over ride. This safety system is wired to the throttle & the park brake switch when in the open circuit will activate the Tor and stop the motor from revving out.
