That sounds about right. YFZs are quick but I usually catch them around 4th gear.

I ran six heavy ones but it made the clutch pretty hard to pull after riding a while. I went back to three heavy and three stock. No slipping and much easier to pull.

Well, I think you know a lot of stuff about Banshees but you are too opinionated to be a moderator. Moderators are supposed to keep things under control not stir the pot. I see a lot of posts where you are arguing with people about this or that. Right or wrong that is fine but not something a moderator should be doing. I haven't seen you abusing your moderator powers but it doesn't look good to see a moderator fighting with other members.

78 on the sand. 13/41 gearing with 22" Haulers. 78 on choppy sand felt more like 150 though.

Check your connection from the stator to the CDI too. Those little pins get bent over very easily and are hard to see unless you really check.

This place is turning into Bluetraxx. I used to spend a lot of time here reading and posting but over the last year this place has gone downhill fast. Every damn thing turns into an arguement over who knows what is best. I know two things. Dan's motors are incredible. I had a set of jugs he ported and loved them. They were set up for dragging only though so I sold them off when my kids started riding with me. Everybody I know that has one of his motors loves it. Second is that if this place doesn't get its shit together all the old timers are going to be gone. We have already seen some of them leave and the rest are on the way.

I just put a set of Toomeys silencers on my Fatty's last weekend. I didn't get the sound that I expected but it does sound good. They mount right up too so that was nice.

I didn't realize you were using liters instead of gallons. 40:1 is for gallons. Not sure what you should be at with liters.

Your mix is way too rich. You should be at 40:1 or maybe 32:1.

I have a play/race port from Dave and love it. Huge difference over stock. Great shop to deal with too. When he tells you it will be done you can count on it.

Do you have some pictures of how it reads the temp? Which hose does it go into?
