  1. Are you serious! I'm the one that was out the $$. You saw my feedback on eBay. I don't have a single NPB so why would I start by not paying somebody I know? I wouldn't risk that for $170! Maybe if you would take Paypal like the rest of the world there wouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I don't do money orders so I didn't even think about keeping the other half of it. I didn't say a word on here about it. I bit my tongue because I thought you were a good seller. I just figured that it would show up eventually and if it didn't it was a lesson learned and I wouldn't mess with money orders again. How do I know you didn't get the money? You knew that I had no way of proving you cashed it so why not pocket the money and screw me over?!?! I sure never got it back or I would have got a hold of you. How many times have you got negative feedback for not sending something and then you claim they never paid? Sure a hell of a lot more than times than I have not paid somebody which is 0! I can't even believe you brought this up actually. What was that, almost 4 months ago? Actually here is the reciept from my bank statement. I bought and sent it on 6/24!
  2. He wasn't bashing Fireman but his post was off topic. You jumped on him for that? I'd be pissed off too if I had done the same. All he was doing was offering some business. His PM just shows that he is an idiot. If you are going to jump on every moron here you better get busy!!
  3. That is for bare pipes not the chromed ones. Check before you order but they say retail is $460 and that is what CPI lists their bare pipes at.
  4. I was told they are cut. I don't have a picture but they have a new weld down the side of the chamber. I don't know if material was added or taken out but they are definitely not "untouched". Check out the curve right where it goes to meet the stinger. That pic you have looks a lot longer.
  5. How many dunes do you have in Georgia? Out here most of the racing is just up the bowls which are no more than a couple hundred yards. 4th or 5th gear is about it. Nothing like the flat drag racing pinned in 6th stuff. Plus we have a lot of tree shots that are maybe 50 yards max straight up where you need that low end to get up and moving fast. Top end doesn't do you any good without room to get there. If you are out just cruising the open dunes then top end is nice to have but my bike tops out around 78mph which is way to fast bouncing across choppy sand.
  6. The 2-1 is a huge improvement over stock carbs. For duning and playing around I think they are great. For drag racing you have to have two carbs. Just depends what you want to do with your bike. I'm willing to give up some top end to have that "get out of the hole" power. Most racing out here in the dunes is so short you never get to the top end.
  7. Here are some pictures. I'm not positive but I believe they take the end off(by the stinger) and replace it with a different shaped piece which gives it more top end. I couldn't tell you much about how or why but cutting them used to be pretty popular before the CPI/GRR pipes came out. I've always heard that this is the poor man's top end pipe. Small dent.
  8. Anybody??? Make me an offer. They aren't doing me any good on the shelf.
  9. I'm running 50, 200, and clip in the middle at sea level. You sound pretty lean on top but you are also a lot higher than I am so it may be alright. I would start big and work your way down though.
  10. I have a set of cut T-3 pipes for sale. They are ceramic coated black. I just got them and they are too high strung for me. Incredible top end but hang on when they hit!! They aren't the best looking pipe around but they held there own this weekend. For the youngsters.......cut T-3's are the Toomey T-3 pipe that has been modified to give it more top end. This was the thing to do before CPI's came along. Cheap way to get into a top end pipe. $150 OBO
  11. You guys should start calling the place he works. It looks like his boss emailed somebody here so hound him to. This guy will either take care of you or lose his job.
  12. Should have put pictures with the poll. I can't remember who had what so I'm just voting for me.
  13. Mine never look like that! They just have big holes in them. Its a new performance mod. Gains 47HP.
  14. It probalby wasn't the guy with the Pooplaris. ATVers need to stick together. I do some tuning in my garage but I can see why neighbors would get pissed off with all the noise. If you aren't into ATV's that noise would probably drive you crazy. I know between my neighbors barking dogs and crappy loud music I've been tempted to call the cops but I know if I did the next time I started my bike I'd have a bunch of donut eaters in my driveway telling me to shut it off.
  15. They are so easy to jet and work on that you might forget that you are working on a Banshee. I sold my 33pwk set up that I was using on my duner but I'm trying out another one with a bigger carb so I can run drag pipes. Won't be the fastest bike but the single carb is so much easier to mess with that I don't mind a little loss in performance over to big carbs.
  16. I'm running Fatty's on my duner with a port job. I tried some top end pipes and they are great if you always want to have it screaming. I kept the Fatty's though because you can do anything with them. Top end pipes aren't very friendlly in the tight trails.
  17. I have both and I can't say one is better than the other at everything. I have a lot of $$ in to my Shee and it tears up the dunes. My YFZ is mostly stock and it is a great all around bike. They are so different that it is like comparing apples to oranges. If you can only afford one then decide what bike is better for your type of riding and go for it.
  18. You can't tell anything from specs. From what I have seen they are both about the same out of the box. The YFZ is cheaper and easier to mod though. That is just what I have seen from a few bikes but I've heard that from quite a few people.
  19. Are you sure yours is dead. Mine went through the washing maching and then started working after drying out for about a week. I was just about to buy another one and the damn thing started ringing.
  20. You might try a bigger line from the tank to your carb. When I put my 2-1 on I had the same problem after running wide open for a while. I pulled the line and extra filter I had. Replaced it with some slightly bigger ID hose and haven't had the problems since.
  21. ****BUMP**** Have some offers but no $$ or pipes yet.
  22. Had this on my ported dune bike. Worked great and very easy to jet. 33PWK with the 2-1 manifold and filter. Every thing you should need to hook up and run. $300 OBO or might be interested in a trade for some top end pipes. Just like this except with a 33PWK and includes a K&N filter and outerwear. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Trinity-Rac...sspagenameZWDVW
  23. Nice looking bike. Did you have to sell your other shoe to buy it.
