I've been thinking that having some nice A-arms on the Shee would look pretty good. I'm running YFZ shocks so the bike sits a little higher than normal. I ride almost only sand though so I'm not sure they would be worth it. I guessing they would help some getting through the whoops but how much do they help?
What are the advantages of them if you don't MX your bike? What is the best size?
This is what I use with my Legend. Works great and no complaints so far. I hit 76 on soft sand yesterday so it's pretty cool to see how fast you are going and where you have been.

If you have an extra $200 I would pull it apart and replace all the bearings and have the crank welded. Sounds like perfect time to freshen up before you HAVE to tear it apart when something dies.
I am running the 33CV kit and like it so far. Having a hard time dialing it in but it is so much easier to change jets that it goes fast. I'm not real impressed at what you have to do to swap out needles but it isn't that bad.
I have a set that came with a bike I bought. Never did run them before I sold the bike but they sure look good. They look just like a Hauler but they are molded so they should last forever. I'm going to be selling the set I have if you are interested. The only thing you would need to do is put a new set of holes in the rims since they came off of a Honda. $100 plus shipping.
Lots of people do that if they have too much paddle for the conditions. When the sand is nice and soft it is a lot easier to spin a paddle than this time of year. Of course I doubt the sand gets hard down in Glamis.
I'm not sure how much it weighs but it feels like it is less than the stock arm. It isn't a light weight drag racing arm but it's a good entry level arm to go play in the dunes.
The taller the tire the easier it will be to roll it over while turning. On the other hand, a nice tall tire in the sand keeps your ass end from dragging in the ruts. I run 22's in sand and on dirt. Probably would go with an 18" on pavement though.
I read that the other day. Pretty funny really. I like their site but most of it is to technical for me. They are worried about squeezing the last .001 HP out of the bike while I'm trying to keep mine running.
This is the same arm that guy on eBay sells for $225 shipped. I bought it and used it for 3 rides. It came bare so I painted it to match the Yamaha silver. Nice arm but too long for my bike so I bought a shorter one. Want this one out of my garage so the first $150 gets it shipped to their door.
NO KIDS OR PEOPLE WANTING ME TO HOLD IT FOR THEM. BEEN THERE DONE THAT.
