  1. Line em up and smoke his ass. Then everyone will know who has the fastest quad. With just pipes the shee will smoke it.
  2. I'm not a great fan of ford myself. All i'd get would be maybe a super duty with the triton v-10. If your into suv's the Jeep grand cherokee is awsome. They can go though quite a bit and can haul pretty good. My friend has one and its so fun we go off roadin in it a lot. I have heard though, that they also have tranny problems. But my friends has 150k miles on his and hasnt had many problems with it besides the steering pump, which wasn't a big deal. They are pimpin rides too. My buddies has heated leather seats, moon roof, cd player, the works its a very good vehichle. I'd also look into a Chevy Blazer, Trailblazer or an explorer they are good vehicles also. If you really want to get a big SUV, i'd go with a tahoe, or a toyota sequoia, or a suburban.
  3. Actually the 87 tires are a lot different then the new tires they have. I have the original set of tires and they are a more knobby design then the new tires.
  4. They should outlaw them and them damn kazoos and fart-cans.
  5. I made this name for something else a long time ago when the budweiser WASSUP commercials were on tv. I thought that was cool and said it all the time and i figured i'd make it into a screen name and add 350 on the end, you all can probably guess why
  6. I got a sweeet ass HJC helmet, a husky set of 1/2 drive sockets, a repair manual for the Banshee, and some polaris gloves for my sled.
  7. Banshee's are not that bad for mantinence. If you rering it every year and maybe a whole new top end if it needs it, it should last a long time. If you have an old quad no matter if its a 4 stroke or a 2 stroke you will be wrenching on it. My friend has i think an 88 lt230 quadsport and thats a fourstroke and its broken down way more then my 87 shee. You will definitly regret selling it for a raptor. Hell i regret riding any other fourwheeler after being on a shee, its kinda disapointing.
  8. It's your jetting then. If you haven't changed it for cold weather jetting you should go up a main jet size or two and turn in your pilot air screw a half or even a full turn. since its colder out it causes it to run lean. You say that it ran fine till you ran it in cold weather so thats my only thought. I heard that you should go up a main jet size for ever 10 degree decrease. Thats my only thought, as long as your impeller isnt cracked it should be fine. I'm not sure though im not an expert on this, its just my two cents.
  9. I have cut plastic so i avoid mud as much as possible. Plus i'd rather take a fourstroke through the mud, because I'd just stall the shee or if i tried rippin through it the tires would just spin and get me more stuck. Plus my throttle sticks when everything gets wet.
  10. Last year i blew the connecting rod through the bottom on my sled That sucked ass i ended up getting a new engine because everything was shot on it. I think you might be able to find someone who can weld it though if you have all the piece's. Allthough if you could find a cheap crankcase i'd go that route.
  11. That's an awsome idea!!! All that time fussing with my stupid throttle springs, i could have known that, but now i do, THANKS!!!
  12. It's all about knowing what your bike can do. I've got mine has more mid range and top end power. So i usually put it in 2nd and give it about 3/4 throttle and it brings it up easy. Then its all a matter of ballance, shifting and hitting the brakes when it goes up too much.
  13. Take your own advice bub, you just posted like 3 times coulda fit that in one post.
  14. What pisses me off 1. Assholes who pull out in front of you because they are in some sort of hurry, but then are not in too much of a hurry to go the speed limit. 2. Assholes in the passing lane going below the speed limit 3. People who pull in front of you in minivans when your coming up doing like a 100 on the highway. 4. that plastic packaging thats extremely sealed so you need a chainsaw to get the shit open 5. Democrats 6. EPA 7. DEC 8. Tree hugging hippies who were against war with iraq and afghanistan or how ever its spelt, and who want to get rid of 2 strokes. 9. Theives 10. People who race Honda Civics, who think that they can get a huge exhaust pipe for em and smoke real sports cars.
  15. I think it might have been a huge snowmobile engine. Probably like an 800 or more.
  16. I work at Mcdonalds part time then go to highschool. Don't ever get philly cheese steaks at night, they are very disgusting and not fresh at all. Actually dont get anything from mcdonalds its all horrible and unhealthy. and not fresh. it puts gas in my car and gets parts for the shee
  17. My friend has an 04 Shee, his lights are a lot brighter and they are a little smaller. From what i know the new ones are halogens and the older ones aren't.
  18. Get a 250R even though they are still 2 strokes you only have one cylinder to rering. or rebuild so it wouldn't be as high mantinence as a banshee. Thats just my opinion though i have never had a fourstroke quad and the ones i've ridden aren't all that great. I think the best one i road was a Scrambler 500 X 2x4 then a 400 ex.
  19. If you want to cruise along and not get mud on you, get a honda fourtrax 300 utility lol. My friend has one and the fenders are awsome on it . You could hit mud in 5th gear and barely get any mud on you. But the shee walks by it in 3rd gear while its in 5th
  20. I'd also look into Trinity racing. They have some sick kits. Only thing is you'd have to work out a little bit to be able to hang on lol. And yes definitely gear it up. It pulls much better and will give you better top end speed. http://www.trinityracing.com/ Duncan Racing also has so good products. http://www.duncanracing.com/
  21. Hell forget a J-arm frame. Personally i think you would be better off finding a newer frame. I've seen cheap a-arm frames on ebay for around 100 bucks. But you just have to take what you can get. It might take a while to find a deal though, if you found that deal on the j-arm frame and you need it now, id take it.
  22. Thanks guys, too bad i read this a day after i got it together. I ended up breakin out the propane torch and heated that sucker up. Then used a mallet to bang it out and it popped right out. It took some time and thinking but me and my buddy got it out. Getting the new bearings in was tricky but we got em in. It gave me a chance to paint my axle carrier metallic silver, it looks sweeet. BTW what is a BHF, all you guys are saying this but i can't figure it out.
  23. HMMMM, lets see. I work part time at McDonalds, go to school, work on the banshee, go snowmobiling, work on the pos sled when it breaks, take care of 6 horses, clean hay out of my barn. Go fishing w/ my friends and toke up on the boat. Oh yea and read Banshee HQ forums
  24. www.2wire.com also does bandwidth tests. I usually download up to 350 megabytes per second. I have downloaded up to 470 mbps. My total bandwidth has gotten up to 2500 mbps. I love cable, no bs.
  25. If you look at the address when your looking at it, you will notice that your name is in it. You can put anyones name in it and it will work. http://www.patrick.fm/boobies/boobies.php?text=%20Women http://www.patrick.fm/boobies/boobies.php?text=%20Wassup350 http://www.patrick.fm/boobies/boobies.php?text=%20Banshees I may be stating the obvious, but some people might not know.
