not all that familiar with the wiring values but try a clymer repair manual not the one that cames with the bike. My guess is there should be 12v at the coil check all the grounds and if they check out find a buddy with a shee and start switching parts over the cdi the coil and see if ya can get her running. It is really hard to get it back to 100% even if that is possible but to take the bend out to make it right as you can go slow and dont force it back. you have to work backwards from the bend.

I can verify the fronts work real good better than a single rib for turning have not tried the rear but wallrat has them hopefully he will chime in.. He told me that they worked real good but he was comparing them to his old tires wich where gekos.

I have sand sharks and they are ok no camplaints i drag all my buddies at olds and we all have minor mods and all have different paddles from haulers to mine and there does not seem to be all that much of a differance.. i think i will get a set af haulers next to try some thing different when i go up on the motor work.i think they work well with alot more motor but for the average joe i dont sea a huge advantage.they do throw alot more roost than a v paddle and i tell you trying to follow him in the dunes forget it we always throw him in the back of the pack. I have not heard anything about the sand stars rears yet the front rock. If you are interested in a set i may want to sell the sand sharks pm if interested.
