I'm kickin around the idea of trading in or sellin my 'shee to get a 450... seeing as how there going for about 5500$ used. Or I might try to pull off keeping the 'shee AND gettin a fo fiddy but I don't think that's possible. Question is: What you guys think my 'shee is worth..... I believe theres some pics of it floating around on the site but my mods are: 2000 'shee, Fatty's, cool-head, reeds, 40 hours on .20 top-end, rear razrs on .190's, quicksand +2+1 A-arms, -2 stock swingarm, pro-design intake setup, barnett clutch (fresh)lsr 2+2 axle, pro-design kill switch, front remote rezzy elkas, derisi racing rebuilt rear, nerfs, renthals, beer rack, bumper and new chain/sprockets. I ain't ever got up the nuts to put her up in a "real" mx race, she has been rolled once and the only thing that happend was bent the tab thats at the top of the steering stem. I was thinking 4200 would be a steal but maybe I'm wrong.... Mike

I don't have my manual handy but I do remember that the head torque specs is 20ft.lbs. Edit: You might want to wait for the stealership to open, because youre gonna need the bolt pattern of the head so you don't warp it. Unless you find it on the net somwheres. Mike

Just about any motor shop can do a good bore/hone job and match it up w/ the ring gap of the pistons. I'd be willing to bet theres more than 100 shops in SO. Cal. that are more than capable. If your die-hard on sending it to a atv shop then trinity racing and alba are both in southern cali. Mike

The elkas on my 'shee had it sittin low and ridin purty then I threw some +2+1 arms on it and I can go twice as fast as a stock chassi'd banshee can. I've ridden 1 'shee w/ ohlins on it (similar setup as mine) and it felt like I was taking the abuse instead of the shocks. Mike

Cingular is good in tx, ok, az, NM, mo and arkansas..... I know in my area nextel sucks. Verizon sucks and so does sprint. Cingular is good but still could be ahelluva lot better imo.... and will be once everything gets converted to gsm. Judging from other's experiences cingular is the way to go. Mike

In tx a bike like that would sell for about 2600-3000(mint condition). Mainly b/c that's an OLD ASS frame and the fact it's had all of those motor mods means the motor either wore out or the guy just took exceptional care of it. Mike

Yes..... But everytime your front tires get more than 1ft. off the ground your bumper is going to become a plow when you land. Any aftermarket shock will work but they have to be valved for the +2+1 a-arms.... which does not change the length of the shock. Mike
