Well it started as a 2001 EX... About 2 years ago the guy sent the entire quad to east coast atv... came back a couple months later with 03 frame sraight from service honda Gusseted/blue pc'd 03 crf450r motor with hinson internals and 9oz. heavier flywheel Gibson cross flow 250R radiator Jrd 3+1 LT arms/ +1.25'' swinger w/ lt linkage Axis comp/rebound 19'' fronts/ Rebound adjust rear I bought her bult like that around may of 05.... Jjust got my topend back together from n-motion... Had it ported, over-sized ferra's, 02crf cam, and 04 piston... Custom exhaust... I might build a hotter motor next time but I honestly don't need it... As for the other body mods you can see in the pics(which are old as hell): Porting: WTF ? Any more questions... just ask away... Klaws hands down... ITP has a weak ass rubber compound.. razrs are decent but just don't have the bite that klaws have.. not to metion being 15$ more exspensive... Mike

Takes more than that to get me riled up.... I loved the way my elkas worked with the quicksand arms on my 'shee... the guy doing there valving now sucks ass... I also don't think they use as high quality internals as axis and PEP do.... I have seen these three shocks apart at johhny hale's race shop... he tried explaining on what was what....man there's alot of shit in there ... The only shocks I've had serious seat time in on a 'shee are TCS and ELKA... TCS stomped them... Granted the elkas were straight from them... Your best off buying them from a race shop.. I've never ridden a set of axis on a 'shee but I don't see how they could be anything short of amazing..... Ohlins and progressive are REALLY stepping it up but none of this pertains to 'shees since they are a dying breed... Mike

Break her in hard... 3/4 throttle runs.. let the engine do the braking... Run about 15 mins like that.. change the oil... let her cool off.. then give it hell.... Mike

I'll keep an eye out around here matt... Not many guys run 400's anymore but people are always cracking frames no matter what it is.... I think it could be snapped in half as far up as the footpegs and you'll be ok... Mike
