  1. You can kiss my "hick" ass .... Mike
  2. Budweiser just does bad things to me... spackeling the porcelian 8 times the next day comes to mind ... You ever had shiner bock? It's a tx brew.. something like 6.2 full beer... full of good ... Mike
  3. (wipes coors light from monitor) ..... Mike
  4. hrrm..... It's funny he puts elkas and works steelers in the same category ... If your gonna spend that much on some shocks why not get some that are already proven (works)... I know I don't have the 300$ to trash on some bunk shocks.. Mike
  5. If it's cracked then replace it... if not... forget about it... Mike
  6. Depends on what kind of climbing... If your doing it competition style like the clark's do then it's prolly not too good of an idea... I loved mine for the short amount of hills I climbed on my 'shee... Just get up on the front end and 'shee can billy goat up the hill... I've stopped on a hill with mine... it's nice being able to take back off without having to spin back down.... Mike
  7. Yes they are... baldwin puts together his PEP shocks.. IMO the reason wayne is so backed up is b/c people like baldwin... he can't put them together fast as baldwin can sell them... so they come to baldwin just put together.. then he valves them for what you want... Wait for baldwin is right around 3-4 weeks... Mike
  8. Talk about re-define the term annoying as fuck... For some reason that look does nothing for me... the high maintenance "touch me and my daddy will sue you" thing they got going... I'd still trow em a bone or two just to say I did... but I would steal something on my way out just for the principle... Mike
  9. Actually you're wrong.. baldwin builds his own shocks.. when you buy a set from them... he is the one that sets them up.... Baldwin is an original badass when it comes to shocks too... Mike
  10. Prop setup in the infield... lost it in the whoops trying to catch bubba hit a boat and 2 guys... Bubba out-rode himself as usual and took a digger about 4 laps later... reed just kinda cruised on in after that... Weak ass finish line jump though... 50ft double .... Mike
  11. It'll just make it a little stiffer.... you could sneak by with some tinkering with the adjustments... Or do it right and get it revalved for the -2.. you'll have a whole new bike Mike
  12. So they were binding... cool.. Glad you got it straightened out... Mike
  13. After RC crashed into a boat... Bubba out-rode himself as usual and took a digger after the rythm section... There were 2 sections of whoops... both about 50 yrds long... 22'' deep... The 250 class comes on sometime next sat. afternoon... Mike
  14. Sounds like there binding up.... Side Note: I run the front shocks so stiff on my bike the barely move when my 200lb ass sits on it... I run a soft rear though.. helps you seat hop the smaller jumps when your tired... Mike
  15. I think I pee'd a little.... Mike
  16. Been at least a year since I've heard anything from him .... Mike
  17. 21 August 16th ... Mike
  18. I've never even heard of those before... Look like just regular old works steelers... Mike
  19. They'll be perfect for you then... like stated above.. when your ready for an upgrade any decent race shop can rebuild them with some nice internals... As for the arm pump pick you up a scott's or precision dampner... When you buy the shocks get them setup for +2 arms... they'll be a wee bit stiff but it'll save you the coin from getting them re-valved again when you get the arms... Mike
  20. ooook... What kind of riding do you plan on doing? Mike
  21. You tend to get what you pay for in a-arms... Mike
  22. I assumed that he was talking about the steelers which is what people mean 95% of the time... IMO the pro G and widows are a little over-priced... considering axis LT can be had for around 900$... Mike
  23. Depends on what you want to do with them... Mike
  24. Guess i'll put the pics back up ... My boxer/pit mix(fully grown): My full blood boxer (bout 9 months/80lbs) Mike
  25. Hands down... the best bike race/event i've ever witnessed... Had VIP setup b/c I'm best friends with the girl that sang the national anthem... Grreat battles in everything... heats/mains/lcq's.... Tyler Evans is one cool guy too... Broke his pre-race prep 5 mins before the main to pose for a pic with a little girl on his shoulder... As for the 450 main ... I'm not gonna ruin anything... Lets just say it involves a boat.... Race comes on speed tom. at 5pm tx time... I'm got one helluva sun burn and gone have a worse hangover... Mike
