  1. Go for it. Then sell the twist, reeds and spacers and get a set of vforce and you'll be good. The 38 is a tad big, but it would work fine. Heck, you could probably sell it, pick up a 35 and probably be even as well. Price is good if it's all good and there.
  2. Hey, we need some pics of your truck's aftermath.... Glad you had fun, hope I can meet up with you again, maybe the next West race. I'll be looking it up and the dates and all to see how it'll work out. Scott
  3. Yea, my ass. Nah, I'm ok, just a little hurtin on the ego. I'll give ya some more info when I get a little more time.
  4. Unlike some others.....
  5. and a clymers would help. let me see if I have any frame pics, but i doubt I do.
  6. I don't even want to hear it.... Your a Honda boy now to.
  7. haha, I had no clue that I'd have a friggin Honda in my shop back then.... but hey... I stil have a yamaha in there to, and I wouldn't want to put the Honda up against it, if you know what I mean.... Can you FEEL the love in this room?
  8. Word. and the machinist that bores/hones your cylinders can do your head for maybe $35.
  9. Your dad's Z.... you said pick.
  10. I knew someone from the Peanut Gallery would chime in.... and their mascot showed his face...
  11. I didn't catch your gearing, but dragging is ALL GEARING. If you don't have a 15 tooth front on there, than your wasting your time. Get a 15 tooth front on there and make sure the jetting is right and you'll top out A LOT higher than stock gearing. Quit worrying about this and that and spend $8 for a front 15 tooth sprocket. What's your needle at, still 2nd clip? If so, that's too lean. Hell, it was too lean for my stock ported FMF piped shee. I had to change needles altogether after the portwork. Word!
  12. Come over to my house and say that.... A Z-400? You need to do better than that... Feels good tho, don't it?
  13. that's cheap, not cheep! oh, and Blaine, I'm diggin the new sig.
  14. They shouldn't be any more than 5 psi apart, and neither should be below 95. You need to put new pistons in there. May or may not have to bore, dunno, a machinist will tell you, but you'll have to hone em anyway. You keep going with a difference like that and you'll be buying a new crank and possibly a cylinder if you screw up the one side. Buy a top end kit and put pistons in that beeotch. And get em ported while they''re off. Scott
  15. Glad to hear man, no go shred some sand. Later.
  16. Holy Shiz! Lots of driving. Open A, huh? I'm still squeezing out as much of the B class as I can. I won't go until someone makes me..... I have no idea how this track is laid out. I'm sure there's got to be a wood's section, David always has a tight ass one, but who knows. I heard it's fairly open tho. Let the Honda wind up a bit.... There's a chick in my class who was third in the TX GNCC only to Traci Cecco and Steph Partons, and she was like 5th overall in the morning class. She's wicked fast, so I've been conditioning.... well, with Margaritas anyway. Cool, I look forward to catchin up with ya. If I can do something for you, just let me know. You can probably keep your quad and trailer with the group from my town if you want, that's what I'll do, just leave my quad there with them. You can get some practice in before the morning race as well. Just get up there at 7 or so. Scott 903-651-5151 Cell
  17. Mike/txblueshee's girlfriend... What?
  18. Oh yea, go to TexasATVs.com and the forums section go to ATV Racing. This is where most of us hang out for race info and they usually have lots of scoop on the next race there. Here's a direct link. Sheck it out. Later.
  19. Yea, I'll be there. Gotta stay in the Best Western there in town tho, don't have the ol camper this weekend. Where you staying and what class are you gonna race in, hopefully not mine....? They're having the electronic scoring at this race. If you haven't already, let David know (email him off the ATVCCS site) and request a number and an e-scoring thing to be programmed for you. You should be able to pay when you get there for the membership and all. Cool, look forward to meeting up. My friends will have a bright white f250 & blue bumper pull enclosed with a door on one side. They have a banshee and a YFZ (bansheejen off this site). There will probably be a red dodge jacked up with them that has another YFZ. I drive a 4 door shortbed F250 black and you've probably seen my quad, but just in case. #131 and I should be the ONLY black/blue Honda there.
  20. Get your 10x10s from RMATV.
  21. Like Mikeyboy said, your gonna end up doing it anyway, and a lot quicker with the spacers.
  22. Pontiac Fiero....
  23. What ping times......, I got sick of waiting....
