  1. I wanna buy the frame, will you ship to Texas?
  2. Don't make me pull my Honda out....
  3. Check that: Chrome Lonestars ASR Heimed Tie Rods Spindles that have already been reamed New HD upper sealed ball joints....
  4. Screw what all these guys are saying (actually, I didn't read any of it... ). The Canon SD300/SD200 both have THE VERY BEST video of any digital camera. It has a 15 frames/second, 30 frames/second and a 60 frames/second feature. The SD300 is 4.1 MP and the SD200 is 3 MP. It's tiny and fits in a shirt pocket. I have a 1 GB card for it and can take 2,000 pictures along with 10 minutes of movie. Another feature of it is unlimited movie clip lengths. Most cams have a 15 sec. or 30 sec. limit. With this one, you can take vid as long as you have memory. Seriously, look no further. Click below for reviews. Megapixel.com Review DPReview.com Review Scott
  5. You can mail the Elkas to me.
  6. You can probably get away with it, but once you try a set of stainless lines, you'll never go back. By far, one of the best overall improvements you can do to your quad. The brakes are just sick with SS lines.
  7. Just order a custom cover from Razorback Designs. I had one done for around $80 and it was a blue gripper top and white woven sides. It's a friggin killer seat cover. They're website is.... www.RazorbackDesigns.com
  8. For added low end and strong mid, great throttle response and good top, go for a 35mm single carb setup. For the ultimate in mid and top, go for a pair of 28's or 30's.
  9. I have some nice 10x9 Douglas .190s that I'll sell. They've never been used or mounted. They were in my shop to be mounted with my paddles and it just never happened. Like I said, they're in great-to-new condition, they've just been sitting in my shop. I'll get some pics tomorrow. New from RMATV, they're $48.99 a piece then shipping. I'll ship for $75. Scott
  10. Just remember:
  11. Are we talking about stock pipes or aftmkt? I couldn't imagine running 300 mains with stock pipes at sea level. Hell, there are a lot of peeps running 280s with aftmkt pipes. I'd say try the 250 and check your plugs. You might be a little rich with that even.
  12. Haha, yea. There won't be any ARS-FX in my house.... it's way too rich for me. But the std. travel TCS shocks are being built as we speak....
  13. what's your elevation? it's probably the gauge. if they're both correct, then that's good. maybe take it down to an auto shop and see if they'll check it for you with their expensive unit.
  14. Meat, that vid is in the Images section, but the longer you wait, the farther down it'll get.....
  15. Yeah first GNCC. Dammit I wanted to race. Woulda got my ass kicked, but it's hard to watch all those quads coming through the chutes and not wanna be on one. Borich is older than I though I guess. The race book said 1982, so that'd make him 23. I'm really weighing on whether I want LT or std., all depends on the money in my bank. I'd friggin kill for a ARS-FX setup, but dunno how much the arms cost. You got a link on where to find them? They were both getting really aggressive on that last lap, but I knew that Ballance wouldn't overtake him when Borich was still in the lead at the 4 mile mark. Borich came into the chutes on the final lap so fast around the curve that his quad spun out sideways and his left side was right at Ballance's front side. Borich just looked over at him like where you gonna go now... it was cool tho. I'll see what I can do about those vids. Later.
  16. I was there, 2 feet away from the whole thing. Shoulda been racing.... It was Borich and Ballance right to the end.... I got the start on vid as well as Ballance coming through the time chutes some. It was a good race, and at first, i was disappointed Ballance didn't take it, but when they were on the podium, Borich looked happy and I thought that maybe it's good to have some of the young guys moving in a little... good for the sport. Hell, Borich is only 18... and on a Honda (thought I'd mention that). I was extremely surprised at the number of Hondas. I bet it was 40% Yamahas, 40% Hondas and all the others filtering in. Traci Cecco took hers as well and was 4th overall in the morning classes... one fast rider. A local texas girl that races our series took 4th in the Women's class also, so that was good to see. I'd post some of the vids, but they're kind of big. My vid of the Pro starts was good, but not as good as it should've been. I'll see about putting it on here, need to see how big the file is first.
  17. The FCR on the YFZ is technically a better carb. The CRF450 bike uses a FCR as well. The one on the 450r isn't bad though. The 450's are a tad tippy, well when compared to my 50" banshee. Overall, I think the 450r is built better, and the suspension is not as rigid and it doesn't feel twitch to me like the YFZ did. I think the YFZ would own the Honda, but get the YFZ in something more technical and the Honda will shine. Either one will be a good choice, if your gonna have the ladies riding it, an electric start might be a good thing.
  18. GraphicMX.com has some pretty nice ones. I'll be getting one for the 450r there. Scott
  19. all this shiz is top notch and perfect. Freestyler, you won't find a nicer chrome job than what's on those pipes and his are friggin mint. It's sick how nice they are..... pisses me off everytime I look at my PT's.
  20. Damn, I always knew you'd switch sides sooner or later.... so how's it feel to be out of the closet??? Oh yea, free bump.
  21. The thumpers are tough when they're cammed. That cam adds a lot of power, similar to a strong portjob for 2 stroker in regards to power gain. My 450r gained almost 40% when I went to a cam. Scott
  22. Do you want traction some of the times, or all of the times? If you want it all the time, then get the I-Razr's. Not too mention they corner and slide better than anything out there as well. Scott
  23. who's full of shit??? Run the stock needles, not the "Toomey" needles, I hear problem after problem in jetting those. Stock pilot, and maybe 27.5s depending on what your machine likes, but above all, what I say, what he says, it's all "close guesses". You'll have to get the stuff in your carb, try it, and see if it likes it or not. Then read the plugs and listen to it, then go from there. Jetting is experimentation, period. Banchetta knows his stuff, you follow his advice, and you'll be where you need to be. Scott
  24. I doubt a 38mm is gonna do what you want it to do. I'd start playing with some gearing. What is your current gearing setup? If your running stock 14 up front, get rid of that. With my portwork, I could run a 16 front and even a 17 on dirt.
