  1. If these guys didn't give you enough info, I'm sure you could bust a search, this has been dealt with sooooo much, I doubt you could ever read all the threads on it.
  2. Agreed. But, I've changed my reserve tank out with a trick billet one and it looks super trick. I'll post a pic when I have time.
  3. And, MAKE SURE to buy a Pro Design Pro Flow filter plate with your choice of UNI or K&N filter. That should positively be the first thing to buy period. You can pick them up on Ebay fairly inexpensive, or if you want, you can get them from RockyMountainATV.com. The stock filter setup sucks, and if not anally looked over every single ride can leak and suck dirt in. Even with looking and taking care, it can still come loose while riding and suck dirt in, best thing to do is to just get rid of it and get a Pro Flow kit, you'll get more power to, but you'll probably need to go up on your main jets a couple sizes.
  4. Junk the pipes, and buy some Fatties, you can pick them up really inexpensive quite often, so it won't break you to get into another set of pipes. I wouldn't put any money into those pipes, nor would I deal with the low quality shit any longer.
  5. c'mon loco, it's not always about speed. if it was, we'd all be riding dsbombers.
  6. I have the stock A-Arms, Spindles, and Tie Rods off my Banshee for sale. Price is as follows. A-Arms - $60 per side or $100 for the pair. Spindles - $75 each or $115 for the pair. Tie Rods - $30 for the pair Whole deal - $225 including shipping
  7. can I please please please see a pic??? I'll consider making an offer, but I'd like to see it to get an idea of how it fits and maybe a pic of it installed.
  8. Exactly what I was thinking!!! j/k So, a no go, huh?
  9. Good to hear. I'm sure it will work great and your top end will be smokin.
  10. I think a 44 is a bit much, but I'm anxious to see how your 38 turns out. I imagine the power curve will be similar, but maybe not as much low. I'm not familiar with your mods, are you stock bore/stroke?
  11. Ok girls...
  12. Sent. I'm gonna get mine done in the next month as well, maybe sooner.
  13. use a video camera runnin while you do it, because it'll be kinda hard to take pics while your dousing water on your hair and throwin blankets on the shee to keep from melting the plastic....
  14. No, but it'll be interesting. I have one on my computer as of now. I was going to hit up BansheeJen here sometime and see if I can scan hers, haven't seen it yet. Then, if you wanna email me yours chozen1, I'll put them all up as one big comparison. I just wanted to get the ones I have access to and figure them out so I knew what I was looking at.
  15. You're wife is definately gonna get half . of what?
  16. hope you get it bro. the stator is a good place to go next.
  17. Just call me Daddy! You to Brooke.
  18. 110 octane fuel is not alcohol, aka "alky". You don't need to do anything to run your dad's 110 race fuel, and that is nothing more than regular fuel that has a much higher resistance to knock/detonation for higher compression motors. You won't really notice much difference unless you have a higher compression, and sometimes its not good to run a super high octane like 110 unless you do have higher compression, because fuel needs to match the combustion process, if you have stock compression, then the motor is not going to compress the 110 to the point that it's designed for. It's not really going to hurt the motor, but it could actually slightly hinder performance as it's not going to burn as it was designed for.
  19. Nice Meat. Thanks for the explanation, definitely appreciated. Don't happen to have a dyno sheet with ya, do you?
  20. Yep, you'll have no clutch problems, the stocker is actually pretty tough for a mild modded motor.
  21. Nice try...
  22. YES or as close to one as you can get. I was speaking only in a "can't quit buying aftermarket shit for it" sense... tats, your right on about getting off your ass and doing some preventative stuff, oh, and about loco.
  23. Increase the compression. Get a Noss Head (site supporter) at nossmachine.com with some 20cc domes. Then, very cheaply, you can mod your stator plate to advance your timing 4 degrees. Do a search on that.
  24. They SUCK! They suck in dirt, sand, mud, and pretty much everything else you can direct them to. But, if it's all you have, then it's gotta do.
  25. Why do you recommend to avoid the kevlar plates??? would also like to know. i haven't heard much about them all together and would like to know why not to get one...
