  1. sometimes i'll get stock stuff from ronnies.com front wheel nut is like $3.87, rear nut is $4.81. any yammy dealer could hook you up for the same amount without shipping though, and probably a little quicker. hell, they probably even have some laying around.
  2. boost bottle?? it doesn't produce any boost, and isn't really a bottle i think 'shit can' would have been a more appropriate name.
  3. that's the old school look on the colors and graphics- nice! congrats
  4. good job enjoy.
  5. yeah i think that's it too. i think only the stock set up uses the rings, anything else doesn't.

    rear shock sag

i worked on the preload some and got it to where it only sags about 3 1/4" with me on it. if i understand this correctly, with the wheels off the ground the spring length should be no shorter than 8 7/16", at least by my clymer's. and that's where it's at now, so that means i'm out of preload adjustment, right? adjusting definitely helped with the 1/2" sag with just the shee itself, the rest of it is from some play in the linkage bushings, which i have new stuff to replace it with. so is the 3 1/4" sag with rider on sound about right, or am i in for some shock or spring work to get it any better?

    rear shock sag

i noticed that my shee sags a little with no additional weight on it, just sitting in the garage. i mean, i can pick it up about 1/2" from it's normal sitting height before it tops out. my nephew's blaster isn't like that, it's pretty rigid. is that normal or is something starting to go on it? also when i sit on it it drops about 4", it shouldn't be more than about 3" right? i'm gonna bump up the preload for rider sag, but shouldn't it be topped out with no rider??
  8. i wasn't ever real fond of cutting the ears anyway. the dog was obviously meant to have them. how would you feel if your parents had your ears cropped when you were a baby? i bet you'd look real cute too.
  9. wtf sounds good, but too good to be true. i'd be real careful about this one.
  10. i really miss benbb's monthly desktops, they were usually really cool. chicks and banshees sure beats anything else i have. anyone else have the skills and time to make them up? i'm sure tons of folks here would appreciate it.
  11. check out this clicky and make sure everything is set up ok. and make sure your reeds aren't cracked or anything. http://www.motocross.com/motoprof/moto/mcy...01/carb101.html hope it helps some
  12. my sister breeds boxers, and always had their ears cut before selling them, until they found that most people wanted them left alone. like the others said, it adds a little more character with their expressions. i'd say it's too late now.
  13. i'm not really a fan, but we'll watch a few laps from time to time. it is pretty boring on tv, but until you see one live at the track, you can't really appreciate what it's like. i always ignored it, then got to go to Dover once with some of my family. it's unreal how much different it is at the track, so i can see how lots of people go nuts over it. after Dover, i was hooked for a while, then got bored with it again from watching on tv. for all you bashers out there... everybody likes and dislikes different things. just because somebody isn't into whatever gay shit you are, doesn't mean you should put them down for it.
  14. fenders colored that bad are from crashes they'll flap a little from riding or hauling, but not that bad. check her out real good before riding it. good luck, and congrats!!
  15. just twice for me, but i'll second that!!
  16. we watched about the last 50 laps. i can't handle watching the whole race. besides, you'll see the highlights over and over anyway.
  17. just some cheap silver automotive paint. thanks for the comments guys. i like the red on faster's bike too. looks really good! nice job on the red headlight cases too.
  18. i see all these bling rad grills on bikes that cost a fortune. ok, so i'm cheap. i added a little color to the stocker. what do you guys think?
  19. the first best move was buying a clymers. the arrows should only line up where the clutch begins to disengage. at the free point the push lever arrow will be before the crankcase arrow. there is some freeplay before you actually feel alot of tension if you push on the lever. this is the key step. push the lever till you feel the tension, it pretty much stops, and hold it. then adjust the screw on the clutch to where the arrows line up. when you release it, it will probably be before the crankcase arrow again. after that, readjusting at the perch pretty much brings the push lever in to where the arrows appear to be close to lining up.
  20. i dont' think you want to running it with the filters off at all. you have no filtration of dirt particles and so on, plus you have no air restriction and running even more lean. as far as starting cold, check to see if the carb bowls have been swapped. the one with the 'starter jet' has to be on the choke side. i think the bowls are labeled 1-1, and 1-2. 1-1 needs to be on the choke side. there's also a small crossover tube between the carbs, make sure it is in place. just a small hose connecting the two carbs.
  21. nothing wrong with that, i did too from 4th- 12th grade. i wanted to be a drummer, but so did everybody else, so i ended up with the trumpet. drums and trumpets... what else matters in a hs band.
  22. lol pregnant sex can be interesting... when it's other women, it's just another pregnant woman, no big deal. every woman is changed diffently thru pregnancy so some get sweet lookin, some get less attractive. but when it's your baby inside there, that changes everything. it's your wife, carrying your baby, and that's all that matters at that point. the bigger boobs just add to the happiness
