  1. ones to avoid simple the stock one. get pods or get a plate setup on the box, pro design one is a good foam, kn is a good paper type setup
  2. i prefer the wood floor look myself or just a hitler muscatche. and ride the dunes oops wrong subject
  3. most e series are really rich and used for alky setups. i would try the dek or any d series. and play around with your setup. whats your elevation.
  4. if you go with jim. i suggest getting the motor that he made for me. it has good low end and plenty of power the rest of the band. i can ride trails and rip the dunes also. it might not be the super fastest setup but it runs with them. best of luck

  6. you should get a pancake bearing for your pressure plate and clutch assembly and them an easy pull clutch perch its makes it way easier to pull.

  8. as far as jetting i think you need a 55 pilot or some what larger. also the egk needle is lean in the L1 position. meaning lean down low, the g series are lean, you should try ike a eek, or dek. you might be really lean and your bike doesnt want to idle very well
  9. radio stations do that all the time. soon it will turn to spanish. my advice get xm. yeah it costs money but you wil never listen to reg radio again.

  18. usually by raising the needle you need to lower your main to compensate for the extra fuel. might look into it
  19. with my pj 34s i had the best luck with DEK needles. my jetting from the dyno on my stroker was 68 pilot, 5th clip dek, 140 mains. i lowered the pilot to a 60 cause it would load up if not a full throttle. probably need to go up one size on the mains, will do later. im at 900 ft elevation. my guess you should be able to run 145 -150 mains for sea level. by the way the ceg needles made mine run like ass. i would call sudco.com and order 55 -62 pilots, dek needles, and 140 -155 mains then its test and tune or find a dyno with a sniffer.
  20. that bike was beyond fast, and really sharp looking. what motor does it have. for a gas motor it was just plain f**king mean
  21. my own opinion precision powersports was the quickest bike i saw. then you crazy c was pretty quick. stephen clarks bike was up there. bike ran good for not having an override and etc.
  22. im not going to get into this cause i really dont care. but as a business owner, why would you let anyone braze alum. you can mig or tig it. mig is easier then tig, but tig looks beyond nice. you need to look over quality of your product, if those silencer showed up at my door step and looked like that you would recieve them with a box full of dog shit. cause thats what they looked like.

  24. most pj 34 come with a ceg needle. ive found they make it run like shit. i would suggest a dek needle. my setup is a 4mm stroker done by jim. my jetting is 60 pilot , dek needle 5th clip 140 mains. at 900 ft you will have to adjust for your elevation you might try a 55 pilot, dek needle 4th clip or 5th, 145- 135 mains i would guess. best of luck
  25. pj can me a pain to get to idle if you have a carb sync tool you can get them to idle pretty well when the bike gets warmed up. and most of them come with a ceg needle which isnt a good needle for most setups. pwk are probably nice and easier to tune or idle but cost more.
