  1. cut your chain 1 link smaller or try a 15 tooth front with a 41 rear it might work

  3. ok after looking at the ebay ad. couple ? do you run those pedals with stock blocks or v force blocks.
  4. in theory a lean needle wont hurt your motor cause you wouldnt be leaning it out so long. a lean main you will blow it up. you need to see what numbers you have on your needle, i can tell you what its like lean or rich etc also you could have a lean pilot, mid cause of the needle and your plug could look good at wot with the mains. there are many variables for the perfect plug chop

  9. your floats are not correct. i think its 16mm or something like that from the case to the float i dont know the exact number. you will need to bend the tab soem to where the floats close a little bit earlier.
  10. if you just look at a motor its really hard to tell if they are cubs or stock unless you get down there and stare at it up close. if youre going all sleeper, it not hard to notice what ever when you blow past them. those cubs are running freakers. out of the box.

  12. if i remember right you had some funky needle, cause d34 got it to run after buying them off you. it makes all the difference with my ceg needles it ran like crap at first, started tuning and testing needles out. got it more smoother and runs like a top now its all good now, you have your setup, i have mine. also you can get most needles from sudco.com

  14. just wondering have you tried a 60 pilot, dek 5th clip and like a 145 main i dont see how your bike wouldnt like the setup that mine does being that same builder. but i dont know.

  20. 100 LL 927 40:1 is what ration im running maybe your bike likes that jetting. do what makes it run the best

  22. 16-39 is pretty high but it will pull it. it depends how you race. i usually cant go from 1st to 2nd gear speed shifting so i run a 15-41 gearing now and can start in sec. 16-39 you can wind out the gears but if you hit 6th gear you better be ready its like 75mph + too fast for me . IMO in sand it depends on what tire you run stock works good for sand around here.
  23. dgn you are leaning out the low end. im running pods also dont know if that matters with your setup. jim motors like fuel in the mid and low end. im kinda confused on why your bike wont idle, and to get it to idle you lean it out. when im pourign fuel into it. if you can find a dyno with a sniffer around you shoudl put it on it and see how the o2 readings come out on it.

  25. 60 pilot , dek 5th clip, 140 mains need to bump them up about 1 size. at 900 ft.
