all i have to say im in chat probably more than anyone on this site, dan and a few are the only ones ive have ever seen in there. so if you dont go in there you really shouldnt be saying what to use. voice chat would be cool, but i say just use paltalk, that room i created, video and voice chat. for full video chat is 60 a yr thats not too much money. but again i only see like 5-10 people in there a nite, anythign to improve it will be great, more emotions, etc.

your just pissing up wind with dg pipes, they arent much better than stockers. especailly with a cheetah. jetting i would say like a 50-52 pilot, mid clip of cel, del range needle, 152 mains should be close. for 1000ft.

to check squish your going to need some solder, remove the spark plug, kinda bend the solder in an L shape. and out the part towards teh side of the piston to be almost the same way your wrist pin is. and then hold it there and have someone kick your starter. it should mash it. then remove take a micrometer and mearsure the thick ness of the smashed part. should be like .040 or some number. if your at 150 now and not really broke in it might go up once the rings really seat in. if you dead set in pump gas, leaving the timing alone for a bit to see say in like a couple of tanks what the warm compression is. if 155psi + your on the verge with ported motor and 91 octane. solutions: run some 100 octane if you can get it, you might call jim up and get some new domes that are cut to be safe with pump gas. no advance the timing up much of any. couple of degress maybe, you will have to watch your plugs, if they rattle or you pull them and they are gray or very pooffy looking your knocking. then you could back some timing off. personally i think your pump gas is shit up there in nj, im sure they have some weak ass blend for epa bullshit, ks has nothing so they just make gas, screw the epa lol, well not really. i think is a bit better around here. you might end up with some 22 domes who knows. did you try my jetting ??

THIS CLUTCH ADJUSTER REPLACEMENT IS A MUST FOR ANY BANSHEE OWNER. IT REPLACES THE STOCK CLUTCH ADJUSTER AND INCORPORATES A FLAT ROLLER BEARING THAT WILL PREVENT THE CLUTCH INNER BALL BEARING FROM SEIZING. IT IS MADE FROM HIGH STRENGTH AIRCRAFT ALUMINUM AND IS DESIGNED SO IT CAN BE ADJUSTED IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE STOCK ONE, FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE CLUTCH BASKET. PACKARD ENTERPRISES HAS TESTED THESE IN THEIR BIKES FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND THEY HAVE WORKED FLAWLESSLY. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO LIKE TO HOLD THE CLUTCH LEVER IN WHEN YOUR COMING DOWN A STEEP HILL, THIS WILL PREVENT THE CLUTCH ADJUSTER FROM SEIZING. FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO SAND DRAG, THERE IS AN ADDED BENEFIT, IT HELPS THE CLUTCH DISENGAGEMENT BE BOTH SMOOTER AND HELPS REDUCE CLUTCH DRAG. $ 49.95 Quantity: Clutch Disengagement Adjuster Part: CDA this is what im talkinga bout justin. dont know how to explain stuff to you any better. -
are they pro design domes or something more custom you might check your squish. it could be really tight and causing problems. use some solder adn smash it, between pistons and domes then mic it.

it sounds like what happened to me with the cascade clutch adjustment thing. the bolt isnt long enough to get good threads on the bolt and nut. you need to get a longer bolt to where you can get more threads and get the nut tight. -

i think your running timing to advance cause your going thru plugs the strap is getting eating off, and your rattling plugs loose which is a sign of knock what gas are you running. 91`octane or better i would say try to get some 100LL from an air port. what color are the plugs when they rattled loose, gray poofy?? or white. if you running an adjustable plate put it at zero and leave the dyna on stock that will be still 2-3 advance. as for jetting i would say 55 pilots, needle 5th clip and 150 mains. then adjust from there. the bike will like lot of fuel in the mid. and the reason your not pulling 6th gear is im guessing your lean in the mid and it has a lot of lag trying to get fuel till the main puts enough there to make it pull. i ran a 145 main on my old pj 4mm so dont be scared of being that low at 1000ft but it like more fuel down low and mid. you will have to see if the bike will idle with 55s, it should like 1-2 turn on the air screws, then you will need to sync the carbs up at idle. jeff sells a good carb sync tool. then you will have to adjust the slide to where they are very close to the same. also if you put new needles in let me know cel, del would work good cel more being its a 350 if its a 4mm i would suggest del, dek. if you have any other question pm me and ill talk stuff thru or give me your phone number and go thru stuff. wes
