  4. i have one the first duneable i got, it shitcanned a gear but builder warrentied it, so he fixed it, it worked flawlessly. so basically i would trust most duneable builder now adays i got mine when they were kinda new and i had him recut it again and its beyond flawless cant bitch. mine was from redline im sure jeff o rides and duneables are good also. its safer to have spring to save your forks imo.
  5. 20cc dome thats cut 2mm to allow for 4mm crank yeah 185 psi you better run 110 easy. wow i ran 20cc on my old 4mm got like 175. at 1000ft better be safe than sorry imo. also you might check your squish with some solder. to double check everything out.

  7. bend the tab down a bit, use a impact with 32mm socket i think or 1 1/4 not sure on that one. and buzz it out, change the gear can be a pain in the ass, make sure put washer behind it there is a big one behind it.

  12. you need to make a spacer to push the pipes out, 1/2 will work. pipe or tube or bunch of washers will do it.
  13. any chance youleft some gas with oil sit in the bowls. might have pluggedup the pilot, i would pull carbs off clean them very well, check your reeds make sure you dont see any light thru them. and go from there.

  15. you are not to downshift without a clutch on any tranny on a shee, duneables are upshifting with out a clutch on the gas. but can still clutch it slow riding and trails. its the cats ass imo cubs have tripples, lot of exh area ,so pretty much a drag setup. plenty of post about it. i think one was called are cubs trail friendly. answer not really, sure stuff can be done to make them but they really dont come on till 6500rpms. why have a high hp motor and cut its nuts down to make it more trail friendly. take your stocker get them ported for woods/dune, some pipes for it and not huge carbs for trails. imo
  16. to each their own this is the second time ive heard about wcr doing this. they might be good stuff but bigboybanshee had the same issues. not knocking their product but thats 2 times no springs were shipped. and duneables have springs. hmm i think travis couldnt get ahold of them to get springs. i think titan hooked him up. thats why its nice to send them off to the builder the cases and let them put the springs in and have no issues. aka passion, redline, & dave moore and others. so basically your going to have to bust ass to get some springs to get it going. 1-5 should have 3 springs, 2 shorts 1 long. best of luck, you might try wcr but i know travis had to go other places to get the stuff he needed.

  18. i use simple saran wrap from walmart or grocery store. just get it tight. i also put a piece of rope thru the rims. or string.

  21. ouch brad!!! ive heard of the intake bridge being cracked directly from cp. havent seenyours problem yet. hmm hope he will warrenty it, and jeff can get you a new one going. was there bits of alum on top of your pistons and domes, figured some small debris might have gotten loose???

    havent a clue but they got them friday and today she called and said they will be done tonite ready to ship or out on tuesday. thats unreal turnaround. will have to see how they ride.
  23. 1 in solid stock of alum measure what distance you want the holes and drill them. i can post a pic if you want.

    she called to friday, i learned i was running un preloaded in the front and preloaded in teh back. shit if i knew. guess thats not very good. so they are getting rid of the zps and making them more what i told them i do. dave if you can hit them whoops at 3rd gear and not rattle your teeth loose them i would be happy cause thats sounds like it ride like a caddy. guess only time will find out. i know i had shane work my rear shock over and its pretty smooth and holding up well.
