wow its not that hard of a job, mail them to me and ill grind them for you.

remove teh springs out of the tops, take a bench grinder, and lightly stress lightly grind on the edge of the spring to weaken them. to it very slowly and smoothly will take a bit but it will weaken the spring to where its a lot easier to pull. wes

www.sudco.com have to search out the pwk33 carb you can get the part but like they said it was cut to allow more fuel just adjust the float and it should work.

you should ask the guy who ported your stuff what the motor likes, or find someone running the same porting. rough guess 48-55 pilot, good needle cel, dek range, 150-155 mains probably. you will need a carb sync tool to get them to idle smoothly. usually 8.5 full turns out on the idle knobs.

to be safe you need to be in teh 160-170 range for 100. imo who is cuttign your dome to get that high of compression with 21cc.

4th clip on the needle and 310s would be a good start on the mains depending on temps and elevations.

i did the same thing the motion pro cable isnt right, i talked to motion pro they deny anything get a stock cable from dealer or someone and it will be perfect, i had to adjust my adjustment screw all teh way out and still was 1/4 too long. lucky i saved my stock cable. so thats what you need to do to fix it

when you start off in these gears are you like mashed adn it bogs out if so its lean, fuck with your needle. wes

you might try the 27.5. but i think you should have your needle 4th, 5th clip

pj are not bastards to tune let alone on a single carb, i would say put your needle on 4th, 5th clip it should work. and if it is true a 34 its a pj it should say pj34 right above the bowl on the side.

most kn that fit 33-35 will work about everyone's site that sells stuff has them or sponsers of atvs site can get you want your looking for.
