    stock cdi

    pm sent.
  3. for a banshee i dont think they exsist, 19 or 20 is the biggest i ever saw and i think its beyond tight fit.
  4. if your bike can pull that gearing with wedges in sec it has some power, youmight try like 14-42 43. i used to run that in sec starts with wedges.
  5. how long does gas last in just a reg plastic gas can.???

    stock cdi

like title says. must be working please.
  7. would be cool to have some really big bars on it sit by the grab bar and wheelie like no ones business. put some of that fringe at the end of the bars now we are talking.
  8. pussy lol
  9. i would also suggest rudy, nate would be my sec choice in cali. nate can pray for your jugs also.
  10. you need to run slicks or flat track tires on a dyno. knobbies will slip and give false readings. what jetting are you running with them pj 34s, what motor, pipes, who ported it. what pilot, needle, clip, you said 152 mains. im pretty good with a set of pjs.
  11. your clutch is actually slipping causing the dyno to read more torque. when mine welded it was making like 90ft of torque lol i was like right.
  12. the reason your ball and rod welded was the dyno was spinning at 70mph probably and you pulled the clutch in and have this massive amt of force driving the wheels and causing the clutch rod to weld. you will probably have to split the cases to get it out, i know it sucks. get a new rod, ball and pancake bearing. i did the same thing on a dyno. your best bet it to if you dont run a bearing is to let the motor slow down or use the brake. but get the bearing.
  13. i have a 42,43 let me find then they were used like one time to test some stuff. pm me and ill get a pic and work something out with you.
  14. personally i wouldnt own a set of airstrikers, they run way whacked jetting compared to pwk, the slides are different. its hard to compare jetting with other cause their isnt many running them. i know 91 banshee had a bitch of a time getting them to run on his cub. had to run beyond small jets and lean needle, clips. just my opinion.
  15. also when you guys did plug chops did the plugs still read like gas plugs or did you ahve to chop them as alky. which basically you need a temp probe to do correctly.
  16. 421 cub, 39s, etc
  17. so on a banshee to run this stuff would a person need powerjets or could they just run richer needles/clips, mains etc
  18. the blaster piston is more flatter on the top side, compared to a standard banshee piston. i would strongly suggest getting domes for your pistons.
  19. depends on what he ported it at. i loved my old 4mm motor. was very board power. im leaning with them powervalves it would be even broader, no clue though. when you get it going after you get some money let me know and ill help you jet it. chop chop on them funds and get going. imo lol as for the purging of fuel i would think the gas in the ethanol wouldnt cause it to draw moisture like reg alky. shit cars dont have to purge so im leaning it would work.
  20. e85 isnt hard to get around here more ethanol plants going up every day anymore, anyways. as far as timing it would have to be what would be the best for my motor and domes. computer software tells me that from jim. was interesting cause i could increase the compression and be cheaper than my 100LL. always interested in new technology.
  21. so to run this stuff on a banshee, a. does one need powerjet like reg alky b. rich needles, mains, pilots c. add 30% for jetting, ok is that in every circuit or what. d. whats a good static compression to run for e85.
  22. so what do you think it is, gearing, jetting or something else. and what are you running on all them questions i posted and others did.
  23. a. it is jetted incorrectly b. its geared to high for what ever gear he launchs with. usually sec gear starts c. tires are too big for the motor, same as gearing d. it was ported for topend and wont have any bottom. my suggestion is tell what jetting you have, what gearing you run, what size of tires, what terrian, what compression. if its a dune port is should have stock low end and a good mid to top pull. surely there are other guys with jeff dune port that can help you will what they run. imo
  24. if your motor is ported correctly, shearers can pull from the bottom to the top. ask the guy who ported your jugs.
