Read it again, I dont think hes getting his pistons ported.... The builder shouldnt need pistons to port, however he should bore it after he ports and he will need pistons for that. If he wants $200 for pistons Id buy them from someone reasonable and send them to him to bore

We have Lingo. It is only 19.99 a month and has caller ID call waiting, free calling in North America, and Western Europe. It had some troulbe at first with not always working, but they have made quantum leaps and it works nearly flawlessly now. The phone company took so long to switch over the number we just said screw it and went with another one. We run it off DSL, its kinda funny the phone line comes it hooks to the modem, comes Ethernet cable comes out, goes into another modem and a phone line comes out

carbon gives really good braking performance and does not fade with use, performance is outstanding....however they wear fast and then they will fade alot. sintered as good as stock performance and will last a long time. Ive had sintered last a year of hard use and I just tried the carbon on my 250r and got a month and now they fade pretty good, I havnt look, but assume the material is shot.

pick a name brand oil and run it at its reccomended ratio and stick with it and youll be fine. I use amsoil at 50:1

I wouldnt go any longer than a -1 for trails. I had a 4mil stroker and i have a -1.5 swinger and wished I had a -2 at times. Banshees create way to much wheelspin on dirt, and they are long to begin with. shorten the wheel base and you will gain a ton of handling and hookup. An extended swinger in the trails is a joke.

other than a 2 into 1, stock carbs work best on stock port engines, any bigger and you will lose low end and maybe even top end

I guess I dont understand how it wont fit. the grove is all the way so if it fits in one spot the bolt should clear on every location

the only problem I see is pipes fitting..thats the whole reason the banshes radiator is in such a whack, and totally swwet looking spot. other than that rock and roll!
