  1. 15/38 is very similar to 16/41. I ran 16/41 for a long time with mods just like those. It should pull it fine, if not your jetting is too rich.
  2. try a 148 or 150 main, my 4 mil has a 150 main and the plug is good, I am at sea level too. needle in the middle
  3. No shipping charges for BHQ members. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=4533241859
  4. they are but mine has them blocked off because Dan at A&S sets his up that way,
  5. trinity is over priced, mine is not powervalved, but i may try them out if i get bored with this.
  6. here is one of those 250cc banshee look a like engines http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=35595
  7. 59 ft lbs
  8. no, they will not make the crank wear out faster. if your compression is 160 or less the crank will last a very long time. high compression is what wears out a crank.
  9. no, not bad at all. So how low do you think you could get in the 4's with an override?
  10. good, let us now how it turns out after you fix the leak
  11. I have the big cheetah 4 mil and I trail ride all the time. It makes the banshee so much more fun to ride now because of the low end power. It has as much low end as my yfz 450 maybe more. Wheelspin is not any more noticable then when I had ported stock jugs. In fact when I had ported stock jugs my powerband was like an on/off switch so it was not fun in the woods. Now I can lug it around like a 4 stroke. It runs hella cooler and has amazing top end.
  12. I have a 421 cheetah from A&S. It should be very similar to what you have. Mine has the powervalves blocked off and has a drag port. It hauls, where are you at in ohio?

    CPI inframes

I got mine from parts direct they were $565 shipped and thats for chrome.
  14. no 13 degrees will not make a difference. summer to winter makes a difference
  15. wow, its 40 degrees and it idled better with the 45 than with the 55, well I dont know what to say then. Usually in my personal expierence cold weather means bigger pilot. Maybe just put the 45 back in and set the idle with the throttle cable. The 34 mm pj are notorious for having idle probs but mine worked fine. could be luck of draw.
  16. what is the temperature where you are at? and what pilot jet had the best idle, the 45 or 55? I know you said neither could idle good, but were they equally bad or was one just a tad better?
  17. yes. go to www.planetsand.com and do a search about 7 mil cheetah dyno runs. the 7 mil makes over 100 rwhp on gas easy
  18. your pilot is too small and you main is still too big. If it pulls good except in 5 or 6 gear that means rich. Also check your plugs. Another way to see if your rich is launch in 2nd gear if it bogs out then you are rich if it takes off fine then your getting close so check your plugs. I ended at a 55 pilot and 148 main with those carbs. if its warm out where you are you may need 50 pilot
  19. Gorr port job is best bang for the buck, my nephew has it and it is amazing how much you get for 200 bucks.
  20. do you mean ignition timing, if so your ignition timing is fixed and to change it you have to get an adjustable timing plate or degree key. Dont know if this helps or not.
  21. I think a lot of the fun about drag banshees is building them. Its not much fun to buy a bike that has all that work done to it. I like the whole process of taking a regular banshee and turning into a monster. Granted the procces is never finished and there is still prolly some things that you can do to that bike. But it looks pretty much modded out. just my thoughts though
  22. LOL, yeah if you dont like the weather here in Ohio......just wait a day or two.....it will change
  23. I have only lived here for two years, Im from NC. As soon as I finish school im out of this shitty ass state.
