How much wheel horsepower is a drag ported 400cc cheetah kit capable of on pump gas? 35mm carbs and cpi inframes. I am seriously considering this kit but I want to know how much power it can make on pump gas. TIA

I have been riding mine with the stock needle in stock position for a week now. It has a very very slight mid range hesitation but nothing like it had with the stock carbs. it is 40 degrees here. 175 mains

Do cpi inframes fit with a stock air box or do i have to get rid of it to run them. I have to keep my air box because I ride through water sometimes, so I cant get pods.

What should the airscrew be set at on pj 34. engine is 350 drag port, t-5's 172 main 50 pilot. Does 8 turns out sound right? Is there any other air screw on the pj's besides the one on the choke thing? tia

damn, I was hoping to get buy with some cutting cause i have that coolnat bottle back there so if i move the air box back the coolant wont line up with its hole now i gotta rig the coolant bottle, man its one thing after another.

I just got my 34 pj's in the mail today and I notice that they are huge compared to the stockers. I am still waiting for my manifold from Passion. My question is do I have to trim anything from the stock air box to get these to fit. I know there wasnt much room with the stock carbs before, so I'm guessing some modification has to be done. I was also wondering about the clutch, is that clutch thing going to hit the left carb float bowl? My manifold wont be here until monday so I cant go install everything yet, I was just eyeballing things. Any input from someone who has done this would be greatly appreciated. Once again the set up is, 34 pj's, passion intake manifold, upp boots, stock air box. TIA

ok great, I really didnt want to run clamp ons because the water where I ride, so I'll just keep them with air box no lid.

What is the horsepower difference between big carbs (34mm) and k&n clamp ons vs big carbs and air box with no lid. Is the difference really noticable or is it negligible? Also is there a big difference in main jet for those setups or will they be fairly close? thanks

I will be putting on some 33 pwk soon and I was wondering where my jetting should end up at. I tried the search but the words "33mm" " pwk" keep giving me an error because they are too short. Anyways, I have passion 12 port drag cyls .020 over , vforce 2, t-5's, k&n airfilter in stock air box with no lid. I am 800 ft above sea level and it is 40 degrees out side when I ride now. I know every bike is different and no one has the same jetting as the next guy, but I just want to hear from people who have 33 pwk and similar mods so I can get get the right assortment of jets and needles. thanks

Is it possible to disable the tors without buying a kit and drilling on my carbs? I just want to unhook all the tors wires, will that be ok? tia.

I just got my passion 12 port running last weekend and I have t-5's. I cannot explain in writing how much ass it hauls. It feels like it has an endless powerband. I have heard so many different stories about what pipe is best, so I just got what the dealership had in stock, t-5's. I dont know if that helps you out at all maybe someone can chime in and give the pros and cons to the pipes you mentioned.

What do your spark plugs look like? Do a plug chop to see if you are rich or lean at wot

when I had those similar mods my jetting was 290 mains, needle in middle position, stock pilots, air screw 1.5 turns out and it ran awesome. I was at sea level.

does anyone if that place is open every weekend, or is it only open during certain time? I want to go check it out before coal fest.
