  1. The cases are the easiest to slit on the planet and it cost like 75 bux. It really a no brainer. You do have a brain right? LOL! J/K man! I also wouldnt listen to your man anymore.
  2. Im t sea level as well. Im sure these wont do. Im gonna order some new ones and get it tuned in. Ill post results for everybody.
  3. I got mine for 217 shipped. Only one other was bidding and I swear I think it was the seller.
  4. Oh for sure. I like to run mine a tad rich . Ive tuned a few Banshee's/blasters. Im pretty anal about checking plugs. Ive had guys ask me " Why the hell do you keep flying down thorugh there and then pulling your plugs?" LOL! You'd be suprised how many people dont know about plug chops. Well actually Im sure you do. Just trying to get a ballpark for my jetting. Its definitley gonna take some time to get right.
  5. Thanks alot Banchetta. I knew damn well they didnt send me the jets I needed. Ive read to many threads of people getting the same jet sizes with alot less mods.
  6. Thanks Banchetta. I think Im gonna order some of all sizes and start thick. I tuned my stockers this way and it worked pretty good. Speaking of stockers. I forgot to add im running 30/35(not sure) pilot, vito needle for port and 410 mains. Maybe that could help in cross referencing. If thats possible. Shee likes fuel.
  7. Yeah I think Im gonna try switching them and see what happens. Thanks Banchetta. Ive been through this before with my 03 Cobra. It definitely matters what size filter you run.
  8. Nobody knows?
  9. Got my keihin knockoffs the other day. They came with: pilot jets- 50-52 Mains- 150-155-160 Needles- N80F Does this sound close for my setup? In sig. Thanks guys. I dont want to ruin an expensive engine.
  10. Yeah but one cylinder is pulling air at a time. So on a single the cylinder would be pulling its air from a much bigger filter than the ones I have on a dual setup. I could be wrong on that theory. I guess the balance tube could compensate for that...??
  11. Sorry guys. They are 3"D x 4"L.
  12. Hey guys. I just got some new clamp-ons for my new 30mm kehien(more on that later) knockoffs. I guess I had a couple too many because I didnt notice when I ordered that the new ones are 1" shorter than my old ones. Same diameter. My question is do you think the smaller filters will have enough cfm for the 30mm carbs and my ported engine? If not ill send them back unless someone here wants them. Michael
  13. Yeah Id save it for when you really need it. lol! Ive been into Banshee's for 7 years and never heard that one.
  14. Damn I just about spit up!! LOL ".... No.. You dont undastand. Ours goes to eleven."
  15. Thanks woodro. Ill do that.
  16. I got some 30's from these guys off of ebay today. Do they call you to get specs or should I call them first?
  17. Bo... its two thangs I know... Ma' beer and ma' banchee. Thats b..a ..n.. chee ...y
  18. I built a Vito 404 for a friend of mine. I gotta tell ya it was strong. It ran pretty even with my setup. It had a little more low end which made it fun to ride. Great trail bike. For anyone not wanting to go cub Id say its a great kit. I agree the rider has ALOT to do with it. Also the "tooner".lol I built/tuned this bike and spent alot of time with it.
  19. Oh Good question. To be honest Im not sure why I have them. LOL! It was recommended by Vito that I run that dome. The only thing I can figure is since i was bored out so much the lower comp would be easier on the engine. Less heat maybe?
  20. TTT Nobody else with this port?
  21. Sorry I left some things out. I have Vforce 2's. As well as a welded and trued Vitos crank. Ive been leaning towards the 28's. Thanks for the reply. Are the Vforce 3's worth getting over the 2's?
  22. They do make a 24cc. I have a set myself. I used them when I was .080 and .100 over. Ditto on Lane too. Vito's is the only game in town IMO.
  23. Hey guys. This is my first post but ive cruised this board since 2000 when I boguht my Banshee. I have a 2000 with 916 DMC's, stock carbs, Wicked racing intake, Vito's power pistons, clamp-ons, Vitos Hemi head with 19cc domes, Toomey Rad., High flow impeler, Vitos clutch, Ricky Stator flywheel and stator with plate, progamable cdi, Port by Eric Happy at 4wheel thunder. The port work was explained to me as a stage 2 port. Its not a full drag port but its a little more aggresive than a trail or MX port. Does anyone have this same port? Im thinking of going with carbs. Which ones for my setup would be best? I ride sand pits, fast trails, drag race and tight trail ride occasionaly. Thanks guys, Michael
