I made a mistake yesterday when I said it took him almost 2 hours to finish cutting the circle....He actually finished it today about an hour into class. So it took him 2 days to finish the thing. We had a test today and one question was about a room. 4 walls all had to be painted, paint covers so many square feet of the walls. They are 21x13 or somethin like that. He mumbled somethin about not being a mathematician when he got on that question. I suck at math...even I can do that. I hate this kid. LOL

Well today after lunch we went in the shop. We are doing a buncha different shit right now cause the instructor wants to make sure everyone knows how to use the shit. So Froto (that's what we call him cause he's scary like people on Lord Of The Rings) is cutting this 5" diameter circle out of a piece of 1/8" steel with a jigsaw. When I did it, took about 5 minutes for me to whip one out of the steel. When this kid started it was about 1:00. By the time he pulled out a half-assed circle it was damn near 2:30/3:00. I did about 8 things in the time this fool was workin on a circle. Weeeee! Let the crazy stories begin!

I made my own. Not the strongest things in the world, but they get the job done. They are 1.5" blocks that I milled off flat and added those nuts and some washers to keep everything somewhat decent. I bought some 4" bolts to go into it. It's about 2.5" higher now. I'm 6'2 and it helps a lot. My arms don't get as tired and it seems a helluva lot easier to ride.

Well, I had my first week of college now. Industrial Maintenance course. All I have to say is I'm tired as all hell. 8 AM - 4 PM then working til 7:30 is just a little tiring. I guess it's not bad as far as classes and stuff. Get to do a lot of shop work with hydraulic stuff, motors, wiring, mill lathe work, and a buncha other stuff. There's this one kid in my class...He has this bleach blonde mullet. My wrist is bigger than his bicep. All he does is bitch and whine about the tools not working right. Just because he doesn't know what he's doing. It's just getting really annoying. But he's a dumbass so that's our entertainment for the day.

See. I like Flowmaster...the problem is...I don't have cash. I wanted just a quick cheap setup that would be loud enough to get me by for now. When my friends and I go cruisin in town I'm the only fool without dual exhaust. It's still loud...but just doesn't cut it. I'd like to do it for under 100 bux though...If at all possible. Hopefully if Sredish can hook me up with some stuff for cheapo?

Alright I got an 89 Chevy 1/2 ton. Right now it's only got a single pipe no cat with a cherry bomb muffler. It sounds decent, but I'm looking for a meatier sound. I've seen a single pipe go into a cat and Y split into duals straight back, sounds pretty good. I was wondering, what if I did it with a single pipe into a cherry bomb muffler then split into a Y straight back. Would that be a lot louder than the cat then split Y? Would it be too loud that I'd get stopped?Also, where would I be able to pick up some piping to do this stuff myself? Thanks a lot for suggestions and help. Bob

5-6 tanks!? That would take 40 hours of riding!!! Dude. Ok. Easier way of doing it is start it, let it run for a minute on idle then kill it. Let it cool re-torque head etc. Then run for 3 minutes on idle then kill it let it cool re-torque head. Run it idle for 5 minutes kill it let it cool re-torque head. Run it for 5 minutes about 10 times each time letting it cool for about 20-25 minutes in between running. Blip the throttle every now and then. Do this all while it's sitting still, don't ride it. After the 10th time, ride it around for an hour or two but don't overrev it. Then after that just ride like you normally would. Have fun. I did this the day of a race a few hours before we went to the track. Ended up 2nd place. It'll work good. Trust me.

I always get Scott Hurricane MX Grips. Really love them. I spray the inside of them with some chain/cable lube and slide them on...Let them sit for an hour or two and bam. They don't move. They like to turn while I'm riding...but usually only if I'm riding hard.

Dude. I haven't personally owned any...my dad has owned about 4 of them. The first one was a 94 explorer 2 stroke piece of shit. It was bought brand new and had so many problems with the engine. That was traded for somethin else in 95 which also had many problems with shit. Traded that for the one we have now...another 95. Magnum 2x4 425. It blows the carb to airbox boot off (i think thats what it is) and doesn't run til its back on. Many times has he been stuck in our woods cause of that thing. We also have a 99 4x4 Magnum 500. Haven't had much trouble with that one yet. Somethin happened to it about a year ago which I don't remember what. They are getting better with their stuff...gettin their shit together pretty decent now. Personally, I would never own a Polaris until I'm sure they won't be shit.

The fake bomb thing is ingenious, but you are smart enough to know, as you stated, about the trouble you would be in. I'm sure it ranks up there with a bomb threat. Try pissing down the drivers side window. Make sure you kind of pull back the weather stripping and put some nickels or something in there to hold it open. Go grab a couple 64oz Dr. Peppers, guzzle, then have at it. You might need a spotter to make sure the 5-0 isn't coming down the road or anyone else for that matter. After a few days I think his car might start to stink. If you get the chance to actually ride in his car, hide a few frozen shrimp under the passenger side seat. They'll stink soon enough to the point he might not actually ever get the smell out of his car. Or if you get the chance...hide a Stan under the passenger seat! That'll REALLY stink it up quick. Piss in his windshield washer resevoir. Then put some dirt or somethin on his windshield so hes gotta wash it off...That's always a fun one. Or if you REALLY wanna get him good...Video tape him poopin or whackin off or somethin then be like "wanna come over and watch a movie?" Then invite several of your closest friends for a party! Alright. I had a buncha trojans and a few worms...And some other shit on my computer for the past 3 days. I finally downloaded AVG antivirus after I couldn't get the download update for Norton. Well I've been scanning the shit outa my pc lately and it comes up with nothing after I got rid of all those infected files. Ad-Aware 6 keeps coming up with about 40 files that are bad everytime I restart so I get rid of them. Well I'm still having hella problems with this thing and I can't seem to get it figured out. Anybody with knowledge of computers please help cause I'm definitely stuck in a corner here. Thanks a bunch. Bob

I watched before I went to work and after I got home. Was pretty neat watchin. I liked the supermoto better than the freestyle though. I'm more of a racer than a freestyler. But that was pretty sweet Nate Adams winning. The last part of the bmx was pretty intense too. If nyquist woulda held onto that last one he probably woulda got the Gold. I think the 360 body varial should be called just that. Sounds good enough.

Anybody know a good cheap video card to run for Doom 3? A bud of mine wants to know.
