Didn't do shit with the shee engine yet...Just took the dudes word for it. He seems like he knows what he's talking about so I'll just go along for now til I get to rip it apart. I think if my cylinders are burned I'll take it to this shop about 20 minutes away called Millenium Technologies. They are a pretty big shop that does all boring and porting etc. If anything is wrong like I'm sure it is...I'll just have it bored .020 over and buy a new .020 piston kit.

The boots WERE bad. When I looked they were just about hangin off the shaft. So I'm sure that had something to do with it.

My 2 friends and I went for 3 days and just got back last night (Friday). So we get there everything is cool we couldn't register at the campsite yet so we went straight to the dunes to ride. We're ridin around and I decide to ride across some shallow water. Well, ended up sinking straight down and killing it right away. Let it dry out for 30 minutes and it fires...spitting water out of the pipes like mad. So we ride some more and somethin else went wrong. I don't remember what it was anymore. Then we get to our campsite, register, and we are next to the hottest chicks in the world. They had fiances along though But they were all cool and invited us over for their campfire and we road go-karts and stuff with them. Even offered beer and food etc. So the second day we are out riding...I overheat and need to be towed back to the parking lot where I find I have NO coolant left in my radiator. So I fill it up...get it running right again after changing plugs and go out...Overheats AGAIN! Get towed back to parking lot again and we are done riding. We go back to the campsite and I unload it to work on it and our neighbors were real smart with engine shit and the guy told me I had blown my pistons and my cylinders were probably scored. No compression at all. I pulled it off the back of my truck with it in gear and it just rolled like it was in neutral. So the third day since I had no banshee to ride I decided to take my truck out and test the new tires in the sand. I'm drivin around going through some smaller pools of water and climb a little sandhill. I get to the top and something is clanking on the front left tire...I thought my wheel was loose so I looked behind it and the bearings were just falling out of the cv driveshaft by the tire. The other side still had the bearings in but was making noise also. So I had to 2 wheel drive it back to the parking lot but didn't make it even close before I burried it. A jeep was drivin by and pulled me out but couldn't pull me back to the parking lot. He went and got a friend of his with this massive Dodge and he pulled me back to the lot. So I have a wrecked front end on my truck and wrecked engine on my banshee. Still needed to drive my truck 8 hours back home. Everything looks the way it did when it first happened though. Now I got a shitload of work to get done so I can race yet this season. Sorry for the long story.

Well...You SEEM like a fairly smart guy so I won't bash you TOO bad...But if you want to cruise, and you have a banshee, you are just a complete moron. They are not meant for "putt putt my ass around the yard in circles while my engine heats up". Second...I don't seem to have any problem with mine if I'm keepin a steady pace riding around. You sir, need a polaris.

I wanted to get a chrome grill for the shee for a while but never had cash to just throw into that. I just wanted somethin a little flashier than that plain black stock one. I found some of this cleanin out my old room and decided to hack it up. It turned out rather well if I do say so myself. I hope maybe itll keep more mud and shit outa the radiator fins and maybe keep heat down a bit.

Ya shit clutches suck. Mine grabs when its fully disengaged...Not that bad though. Adjust at the perch is the best bet. Or may even have to adjust on the pressure plate itself. Just gotta find the right setting. Be patient and keep messin around with different things trying to adjust it. Good luck.

Well theres this kid I know that races at the track I do. Also went to school with him. He's a complete dumbshit that doesn't know anything about quads. He rides a 250r that his daddy built for him. I ask him what kind of something or what something is on there and he just says "I don't know, but it's really good." Or "I don't know, it was on there when I got it." At least know what's on your machine come on! Wow do I wanna kick this kid in the face.

See. That's what I was gonna be making with the aluminum. Except mine was gonna be quite a bit different. Although I never got around to making them...These work rather well and I think I'm just gonna stick with it til I maybe buy some kind of riser or something.

Well, I'm about 6'3 and it's not very comfortable leaning down/forward so far to reach the bars. I started out using aluminum to make some better risers but I never got it done. So I had these laying around that I milled myself. They are just about 1 1/2" x 1" x 2" I think. Then took off a clamp on the bars and marked the centers on the blocks with a punch. Threw it on a drill press and drilled the holes. The bolts are 4" long. I also threw the nuts and washers in there to make it that much higher. It's SO much more comfortable riding like this. Instead of arms leaning down/forward they are closer to straight across. I find it easier to control while wheelying or jumping also. Note: It's also easier to bend the bolts if you crash or roll it sideways and the bars hit the ground.

I used to have 2 T-Maxxs, an RC10GT with an OS .12 and a Nitro Rustler. I never used traxxas fuel in any of my engines. Just not worth it. It's too crappy. I traded my t-maxx for some pipes and the rc10gt for some beadlocks, reeds, milled head, tires and a few other things. Still have the rustler but don't fool with it anymore..Anybody interested in it?

I was opening up Ad-aware 6 to do a little updating/scanning and I get this popup. A little animation, however, I did not know how to save the whole animation dealy so I just Print Scrned it. These little "spyware bugs" were just pumpin away on the lady "spyware bugs" I almost didn't believe what I first saw. Here's what I got:

I'm pretty good at wheelies on my shee. I've been practicing quite a lot lately. I'll pull it up in 1st gear without the front tires even moving the slightest bit and ride it through 6th (granted I have enough room). I've even sat on the bars and wheelied already. Do some heelclickers while in mid-wheelie...Crazy stuff like that. Just gotta get used to your machine and where the power goes.

Sorry, ran outa money to spend to make things higher. Send a 4" suspension lift or some cash this way and for sure I'll make it higher!

My friend and I are heading out to Silver Lake for a few days next month. We were gonna be meeting up with some other guys up there but looks like they ain't goin now. I've never been up there before so I hope it'll be as fun as I'm expecting. Anybody care to join along? I sure would like to meet up with some fellow banshee-ers while there. Probably gonna rent a campsite and sleep in a tent if anybody would care to share a campsite or somethin.
