if coolant is getting in its more than likely your water impeller seal. if they go bad water gets into the case

i just ran across this site, kindof interesting if you ask me, they actually give you an example of the flow and all of the cylinder port before and after, i know alot of guys do awesome porting, but i just seen the flow chart these guys do? does jim and grr and the rest of the guys do the same?

the banshee doesnt have a stock round house style swinger , but yes the rest will work

some do have teflon in the joints that hold them on, you have to melt the teflon out and knock them out, it you have a vise its easy to knock them out, and use a BFH!!

Ok i dont know why but im sitting here thinking (gears are grinding) and i was just thinking about the firing on the banshee, im not a mechanical dumb ass by any means, but your spark plug suppose to fire at TDC right, so why can you swap the ignition wires and the shee still run? One pistion is up while one is down. im not seeing it right now. anyone know?

Hey man , you sound like you have all your ducks lined up and ready to get running, as far as 30 colors you might wanna get more than that for your clients. as far as just doing quads you can make good money off of just quad parts but i would recomend offering stuff to the automotive industry also. i have done LOTS of quad parts. as far as powder also i have found in my experience that you dont wanna use eastwoods powder! its not that bad with some colors but you will experience problems with some of their translucent colors and chrome colors. i was using columbia coatings products but then they really pissed me off when i was tryign to get a guys stuff done and they keep screwing me on getting me my powder. i use tiger drylac now , much better powder and they are in texas and offer hundres of colors. good luck!

if you do it do it right and take them apart and tape them off and coat them , you have to have special tape though, you will fuck shit up it you try to do them together

people all over do different prices depends on what competition they have if any , i think its a high price cause i do them for like 150 with as many coats(reasonably) as the person would want. keep looking around

its all stock , i have a buddy thats going to let me borrow some 38mmTMXs and i am going to put an H pipe in my pipes and run it actually look for this bike, it will have shocks and less the wheelie bar and paddles and why did i get moved i was just generally asking who was going owell lol

yeah those are simple fog lights bought from walmart you have little brackets you have to bolt to your frame .

i think they should go easy on him and take him out in the woods and cut a tree down just below his nut sack, then take roofing tacs and nail his balls to the tree stump then pile branches all around him in a circle and soak them with gasoline and light it on fire and give him a plastic knife. if he survives you wouldnt have to worry about him coming back into civilization and if he dies who the fuck would care but at least he would feel that he had a 50 / 50 chance!!
