shee4speed Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 I was searching and cannot find my answer. So when do you go from 33's to 35's and so on. What mods are necessary? Quote
98 shee devil Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 good question i forgot but was told once and bought a 35mm.... bigger is always better.. no i dont know im just saying that but im interested to know. id say porting and such like intest drag racing might need more fuel IE 35 as opposed to 33 Quote
00tbanshee Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 go with what you builder says.he knows best.the bigger carbs are for the all out drag racers.33mm is more for the dune motors but i did run 34mm on my 4mil drag port motor and worked really well Quote
jbooker82 Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 I run PWK33's on my mods in my sig. I dont stricty drag race so I went on the small side. It runs fine. josh Quote
TeamRealtreeHD Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 Yea, my research leads me to believe the 33's are a better choice for playing, duning and dragging the bike at the dunes or hills. The smaller ones will give you a little more bottom end which is nice as well. But like Butch says... listen to the guy building your motor. He will set you up to fly Quote
