depends on if you want to run race gas or just out of the pump and what type of riding.i liked the 19cc domes but you have to run c12 or cam2.if kevin is doing your motor he will tell you whats best

It depends on the gas you are going to use like said ^^^. Speak to your builder or the guy who will be porting your jugs. If it was my call I would have buy a Noss head, there is nothing wrong with PD, just like them more and I heard the guy (David Noss) he is a great guy to deal with and also one of the site sponsors. He can give you all the info you want and what size domes to run with good after sales service.

I agree. You could check the chart out on Noss's website but I believe those numbers are for stock porting so whoever does your porting will probably be able to help you out.

Edit: Sorry I didn't see the last post before I posted. Yeah I would go with the noss head. Without guys like Dave, we wouldn't have this site. He also gives a 10% discount to BHQ members.

i will vouch for dave also, he is a awesome guy to deal with.. i have one of his heads that i bought many years ago(back when they still used the long studs) and i must say the quality is unbelievable.. also wanted to add that i have always ran 19cc's in mine and ran 93 pump gas.. i am at about 500 ft asl. does that sound strange?? i also run my timing at about +5.. i do run a bigger main jet than my buddies. i have ran the 19's for years and have not had any trouble.. and it flat out rips

19s on 93pumpgas does sound strange. But if you haven't had a problem, who am I to say.

cant answer your question about the domes, but get a noss head, preferably one from FAST, they just look good.

If Kevin is doing your porting, he could best recommend domes. He is a Noss dealer and a really nice (and smart) guy.

Another vote for Noss. Great product, and a Great guy to deal with. I had some issues with my setup, and he cut custom domes for me and had them sent out the next day. You dont find guys like David Noss everywhere. As far as compression, just make sure it gets checked before you go and run it on pump gas.

I have a Trinity stage IV head and have 19cc domes and theres no way I could run pump gas. I run strait 110 sunoco but maybe in a pinch could run a 50/50 mix. But as far as difference in performace I don't think there is much difference, however the NOSS will be cheaper, and easier to get parts.

Too bad NOSS doesnt make their heads without their logo on it. I HATE company logos on my bike besides yamaha. If they dont help me out beyond the norm, then the hell with free advertisment.

yup mine never gave me issues. Very well built product for sure. The toomey website says heads dont do much because the radiator makes all the difference. I dont know though.
