Ok, so I'm building my motor. My first banshee so I'm going a little slow.

All excited tho cuz things are looking good.

I machined my own head and just got it torqued on. It fits great and really looks good.

But.................while I was admiring the look of my creation I noticed a little baggie sitting on the

foot of my engine stand. Checked it out cuz it didn't look empty.

Much to my dismay................... a Fuckin circlip !!!!!! :wallbash:

Yeah, go ahead, I said it too, WHAT AN IDIOT !!

Oh well, it didn't take as long to fix as I thought it would.

I missed the pin for the shift star. Saw this little shiny rod that rolled under my motorcycle, was like OMG where does that thing go? lol

Well I guess im not the only one who ends up with spare parts some times. When I was putting my cub together I had everything all done and ready for a leak down test.

Then I looked over and saw my water plugs sitting on the work bench.....Yep, I got to take it apart and put those in.

On one of my first 2 stroke projects, I was a 13 year old kid rebuilding my RM 80 dirtbike, well I ended up putting the piston in backwards...LOL, luckily I checked it before putting the pipe on and caught it before trying to start it.

any items left over after carefull installation and assembly are factory extras bud, so you don't really need them anyway. :yelrotflmao:
