I saw a banshee on ebay that said it was street legal in Florida. I live in Michigan and wondered if I could make mine street legal? Any ideas ? thanks

I did a quick search on the Michigan DMV's website and here is what it says: Three and Four-wheel All-terrain Vehicles Cannot be Used on Public Roads (Click Here). It would have been cool. :ermm:

DMV in every state should have guidelines for ATVs.

You could probably rape a motorcycle and get legal. I think a 4-wheeler would be the same as a motorcycle if you add, a horn, side view mirrors, turn signals front/rear, brake lights, clearance markers, and a higher gear ratio to maintain higher speeds for longer periods of time.

I don't see why you couldn't do it.

Here in Curacao we need

head light

tail/break light

direction indicators (think that's what they are called)

1 mirror

other thing is that you don't need a helmet to ride 'em on the streets
