  9. i just gave up the top end scream for torque.. its the complete opposite kind of power and it fits me better.. its fun to be idling around and just lay on it and bring the front end up like nothing... jumps 1,000,004 times better than my shee and its clean as a whistle.. idk im not really missing my shee at all to tell you the truth.
  10. its the "plunger" inside there.
  11. lol my shee was a piece of shit.. maybe ill buy like an 06 in the coming years.
  12. its just the type of riding i do.. the shee wasnt made for tight trails and shit.. i bought it for the winter but when i got it back together i changed my mind.
  13. Yep.. Yesterday i traded the shee in for a 2004 Suzuki LTZ 400... Let me know if you like it and the powdercoated frame...
  14. does that screw up the oil ratio? could it reduce the amount of oil from the gas going through the carbs?
  15. "feel those bumps" lol
  16. thanks dmc..
  17. On my shee right now i have 22x12.5x9 inch tires will a 20x10x9 fit my rims?
  18. I have an opportunity to purchase studded tires and rims off a 05 Honda 450R. They are the stock rims and tires but my question is will these fit on my shee? i know my buddy had rims for a raptor 350 and put them on a 400 ex. he only wants 125$ so i need to know fast. thanks.
  19. I have a clean 96 Shee for sale. Getting rid of it to get a 450. Has a new Wiseco top end.. Cometic gaskets the whole deal. Its bored .020 and the head is shaved 0.010. Not even broken in yet. Just installed a new clutch in last night. Its adjusted perfect and doesnt slip what so ever. Shifts smoothly and whatnot. I just put LRD pipes on it and K and N pods. New primary drive chain and sprockets also. I ran 24:1 Maxima Castor 927 for the first 5 gallons and im on my second 5 gallons running 32:1 Klotz Supertechniplate. Email me at [email protected] for pics or more info. you can also call me at 920 252 1129. Im located in Oshkosh WI about an hour north of milwaukee. This thing really rips and has alot of compression but im not sure on the numbers. Looking for $2100.
  20. idk but my shee looks just like yours  ^^^^
  21. ok i think i burnt up the clutch on my shee. was going along in 5th or 6th let off the gas, pulled in the clutch, came to a stop, dropped her in first then began to let the clutch out and it didnt grab. i was idleing in first. i got my rope out and had a friend pull me home. i drained the oil first thing and it smelled like burning nastiness. did i burn up my clutch or do somthing else? if i need a new clutch what all has to be new or what should be new?
  22. 32:1 is 32 parts gas to 1 part oil. 40:1 is 40 parts gas to one part oil and so on. lean is a mixture where there is less oil to the same amount of gas.. 40:1 is leaner than 32:1.. rich is just the opposite being more oil to the same about of gas. a rich premix mixture would be 20 or 24:1 which i believe is what the manual reccomends.. a lean premix mix would be 80:1. a popular ratio is 32:1. ratio rite is the way to go.. head on over to fleet farm and pick one up.
