Well, i mostly trail ride the bike, just go to the drags for a little fun. Maybe i should get a +4 or something.. And i cant really afford a lockup right now. I could afford a couple tusk clutch kits instead tho!

i get my bike to hook with stockers leaving out of first with a plus 4 swinger, it hooks and wheelies just learn to ride the clutch out a little. i also have a fast clutch and it holds up great .you will be fine with your set up exspecially if it is once in a while and you want to keep it for trail riding also, go in the street by your house practice you 60 ft with launching the track will hook better but get the launch 1st and second down and you will be good to go good luck let us know your times and mph

A couple months ago i brought my shee to the track as is. Just basic bolt ons. I almost stood the sucker up the first time i started. I was used to my rear breaking loose but the drag strip is very sticky. I find the hardest part is taking off w/o lifting the front up meanwhile doing it fast.

It was tons of fun and i want to go back next Saturday to see what my bike will do now that's it ported and what not. I start off in 2nd but whatever works for you. I really blow ass at starting off.

go straight, and drive real real fast.do not turn.

hahahaha classic :yelrotflmao:

Yea, i figure getting off the line will be the challenge. I usually do fine in the ice drags starting in second and feathering it a bit.

Id like to make it this friday night, but i have no tires!!

Well either 1st or 2nd u going to have to feather it and give it a lot of gas so it doesnt bogg. It's just practice man. I need to practice that as well. Too bad my track only has test n tune days on wednesdays(i work all week full time).

Get some video man..... :)
